Hobby Airport, Houston's oldest commercial airport, is located at 7800 Airport Boulevard, just twelve miles south-east of downtown Houston. Seventeen domestic and international carriers service the Intercontinental Airport, while the Hobby airport is serviced by AirTrain, American, Delta, jetBlue, and Southwest. No matter which airport you depart from, be sure to visit ebookers, where you can make all of your travel arrangements quickly and easily.

The Intercontinental Airport offers terminal parking at all of the terminals for a maximum rate of $17 per day. Valet parking is available for $25 per day and SurePark charges $20 per day, but it is a members-only lot. The most economical parking is Ecopark, which charges $6.47 per day plus tax. At Hobby airport, terminal parking is also $17 per day, and valet parking is $25, and the Ecopark option has two lots that charge $9.24 and $5.54 per day plus tax. Several companies offer off-site parking with free shuttle service to the airports, including The Parking Spot at 8707 Airport Boulevard and The Parking Spot 2 at 7601 Airport Boulevard.

SuperShuttle (713-523-8888) offers share-a-ride service to both Houston airports from downtown Houston for roughly $19 to the Hobby airport and $23 to the Intercontinental. Taxis are a popular means of airport transportation, and there are a variety of companies that provide taxi service in the Houston area. Expect to pay roughly $70 to $75 to get to either airport from downtown. Don't forget to take care of your transportation needs in your final destination. When you use ebookers to make your travel arrangements, you can compare prices on rental cars before you make a reservation.

Restaurants at Houston Airports

Both airports offer a variety of eateries where you can grab a snack or quick bite before boarding. At Intercontinental, you can choose from Auntie Anne's Pretzels, Camden Food Co., Einstein Bros. Bagels, or Starbucks. The Hobby airport is home to Dunkin Donuts, Euro Café, Peet's Coffee & Tea, and the Grab & Go kiosk in the central lobby. If you prefer to eat before you get to the airport, you'll find plenty of cafes and coffee shops near both Houston airports.

If you're heading to Baltimore, Maryland, visit ebookers to find some great deals. Flights to Baltimore arrive at the Baltimore-Washington International Airport/Thurgood Marshall Airport, which is ten miles south of downtown Baltimore. American Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, British Airways, and US Airways are among the major airlines that fly into BWI Marshall. Transportation from the Airport

You have a number of options for getting to the city centre Baltimore from the airport. You'll find a taxi stand outside the baggage claim area of the terminal. Airport taxis (410-859-1100) are not allowed to charge flat rates, so you'll pay a metered fee. If you want to take a train, two train companies provide free shuttle buses from the airport to the train station. You'll find the shuttle stops on the lower level terminal roadway. Amtrak (800-872-7245) runs trains every day, while the MARC Train (800-325-RAIL) only runs on weekdays. There are also two public transportation options. The light rail costs $1.60 per trip and has a station just outside the terminal's lower level, next to Concourse E. Public transit bus No. 17 also stops at the airport and can take you downtown or connect you with other transportation options. Bus No. 99 operates only on weekdays. You can also use ebookers to rent a car from one of the many car rental companies that operate out of BWI Marshall.
