we were only staying one night but thoroughly enjoyed the luxury @ river views for that short time. Recommend to new Ballina visitors as very central to everything. Loved it @ hope to return.

Got a non river view room when
Got a non river view room when I had paid for a river view room so had to change rooms. New room was wonderful. Only other complaint is the frustration of their swipe cards needing several swipes for every lift and door before working properly. Would definately stay again beautiful property with good quality restaurants very close by.

My stay was very restful and the
My stay was very restful and the service was excellent. The room had a beautiful outlook over the river. The position of the hotel was near to many attractions eg RSL Club, Maritime Museum and the walking track along the river. The facilities were great (the restaurants in the complex provided a good variety of food). I would consider staying there again when I next visit Ballina.

Great accommodation on the river
Great accommodation on the river within easy and enjoyable walking distance from just about everything. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and functional. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great riverside location with
Great riverside location with good facilities including nearby restaurants. Cleanliness however needs more attention as the areas outside lift entrances were often dirty as was the area inside my room leading onto the balcony.
