rooms are very very small, only
rooms are very very small, only fit one double bed and thats it, bathroom is very cramp as well, but very central, close to everything

I was firstly directed to a room
I was firstly directed to a room that wasn't made up, which didn't give a good first impression. After that however, everything went smoothly. The room supplied all that I needed for an overnight corporate stay and the motel had a restaurant attached, good in rainy weather when you don't want to venture out.

Reception Staff were very helpful,
Reception Staff were very helpful, I checked out and then left my bags with reception cruzed around the city for a while and then came back and was offered a refresh up in the showers downstairs which I took which was great, Will be looking forward to staying there again

A good value proposition close
A good value proposition close to the Transit Centre and Queen Street Mall. Easy walk across the Victoria Bridge to riverside cultural precinct and riverbank / city beach area. Not luxury but clean and friendly. The street level restaurant opening onto George Street is convenient, open from breakfast and lunch until reasonably late to dine after other places are closed. Nice food and good price and service.
