Great Location overlooking brisbane river They gave us a 2 Bedroom apartment where paid for only one Only concern was cleanliness of bed living and furniture Did not have wireless internet connection Would stay there again

Would like to thank everyone who recommened this hotel. We had a fantastic time with a great room on level 16, have already booked my room for next year. Only thing that the hotel needs is better signage on the carpark and better info on the parking and how to getting in and out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oaks Casino Towers. The location is excellent - opposite a lovely park, high up in the town-- well above the recent flood level. We loved the huge deck on our 1 Bedroom corner apartment-- fantastic for relaxing and entertaining. Even though it was at the back of the building, it had a great view over the river. Facilities for relaxation and cooking/washing were excellent. Only concern was that the kitchen supplies were somewhat limited-- one small sachet of dishwashing powder for a two day stay. But staff were responsive to our request for more. Staff were all very helpful with any request.

On my top 5 places to stay.Great
On my top 5 places to stay.Great position in the city. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again. Comfortable beds, pillows etc. Only hiccup this time was that the doors were being painted so their were no numbers on the doors. Staff were friendly and helpful, just an initial oversight with the doors.We did work it though out via the fire escape maps.

Excellent accomodation. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Hotel and room facilities were excellent. Iwill certainly use this hotel again as I often visit Brisbane. Hotel club certainly provided great service with my booking. Thank you

The sefl contained unit is excellent, location terrific, price ok, the biggest problem was the lack of lighting in the bathroom, poor quality towels and very hard water. Apart from that everything was ok.

The room was gorgeous - immaculately
The room was gorgeous - immaculately clean, stylish and good views. Having a washer and dryer was an amazing bonus which we didn't expect. The only time we called the desk for service (for help with the TV remote) the staff were at our room within 2 minutes, and extremely helpful. What really made our stay wonderful though was the warm welcome and ongoing positive attitude of the concierge Tom. He engaged us in friendly conversation every time we met at the desk, and gave us great directions and recommendations. We have previously had negative experiences as a same-sex couple checking into hotels in QLD, but Tom was an absolute delight and entirely welcoming. He should be commended for his wonderful costumer service attitude and his constant dedication to going the extra mile for his guests. He really took our experience with Oaks Casino Towers from great to memorable. Thanks Tom.
