Everything was fantastic. Comfy beds, , modern decor, clean bathrooms, reasonable valet parking charge($25) Close to casino and restaurants and all accessible through covered walkway. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

I booked a room at the Crown Metropol
I booked a room at the Crown Metropol in response to a special offer from HotelClub. Included in the booking was valet parking and arrival, check in and arriving at our room was seamless. The hotel is very new and the room was immaculate with a huge comfortable bed and great views to the city. The pool area is wonderful and offers great views in many directions. We enjoyed the proximity to the Casino prescinct and ate at one of the great restaurants along the river 10 minutes walk away rather than eat in the hotel. Hard to admit it but I could find no fault with the hotel for the price I paid.

I booked 2 rooms for a business
I booked 2 rooms for a business associate & I . There was a slight delay at Reception before our presence was acknowledged, but thereafter service was top rate from everyone, no exceptions! Rooms were both excellent, large flat screen TV, very comfortable bed & furnishings. My only criticisism is that whilst an electric jug was provided, no cups, saucers, tea or coffee was supplied, it would have been nice to have a coffee before retiring. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, convenient location, excellent service & very well appointed throughout.

When we arrived they did not have
When we arrived they did not have enough staff on reception and there was a line of about 10 people waiting to check-in. Room was ultra modern and quite large. The bed was far too firm, one of the worst I've had for such a good hotel. Pool and gym were fantastic with sweeping views of the city from massive floor to ceiling windows. Easy access to casino, shops and restaurants from level 1 of the hotel. Check-out was even worse than check in, over 20 people in line and only 4 reception staff working. I was surprised that they had no multi-lingual staff on reception. Reception staff were trying to explain something to some Asian customers and were having great difficulty. Overall, a nice hotel but not worth the money. Would be happy to stay again if I found a good special rate.

Love this hotel, one of the best
Love this hotel, one of the best hotels I stayed at! Room was absolutely stunning with magnificent views of Melbourne skyline, lovely modern decor and ultra clean! Service by staff was wonderful! Easy access to Crown Casino and Melbourne CBD! Felt so relaxed during my stay and upon checkout!Would definitely stay again in the near future! Most comfy beds ever!

Overall experience was very good.
