Executive style overlooking a cultural hot spot in Melbourne
The Crown Promenade Hotel is a fantastic example of the stylish and contemporary chic. From the moment of our arrival,
From the moment of our arrival, staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The city view from our room on the 20th floor, totally enthralled our 6 year old - (as it did his parents!). Room was very clean, bedding spotless, and bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was included in our price, and I must say, that the array of choices was huge! It would be hard to find fault with what was on offer. Would definitely stay here again. Great location to everything, and a very welcoming atmoshphere.

Stayed for one night with my mother
Stayed for one night with my mother for her birthday. Received some complimentary chocolates and biscuits for this occassion. The only problem we encountered was my details were confused with someone else with same name........no big deal as hotel reception was able to fix. Next time will try the breakfast!

Excellent location and very friendly
Excellent location and very friendly staff. Love staying at the Promenade but think it is time to update some of the decor and fittings. Curtains etc in need of repair. Will continue to stay at the Promenade though.

Arrived early after an overnight
Arrived early after an overnight flight and was checked in without any problems, upgraded to a corner suite for small extra charge but loved the room as it over looked the Crown Casino( flame thrower show every hour till 12am) and river. Short walk to Federation square and all the city shopping. Best point of all was the beds and bedding, the bed was magnificent and the pillows to die for( asked about buying the pillows on checkout) Over all a great stay, Thank you

Fantastic hotel! Very convenient as across the road from the The Crown, parking is very reasonable, staff excellent and best view of the aquarium, helicopter launch pad and yarra. We have stayed at many Melbourne hotels and this is the best one so far. Can't complain about anything - LOVED IT!

It was very nice overall with the discounted rate from HotelClub. The only thing was Crown Complex i(which is connected to this hotel0 s HUGE! and there is no clear map of facilities provided in the room, and it took me sometime to figure out how to go back from a banquet room to my hotel room. I was attending a conference held at the hotel, and the food was very good.

This was our first stay at Crown
This was our first stay at Crown Promenade and it was great. We have stayed at many hotels throughout Australia and I have to say this hotel ranked very highly. From the valet parking, to check-in and check-out the service was great and the staff should be congratulated on doing such a good job.
