Arrived early after an overnight
Arrived early after an overnight flight and was checked in without any problems, upgraded to a corner suite for small extra charge but loved the room as it over looked the Crown Casino( flame thrower show every hour till 12am) and river. Short walk to Federation square and all the city shopping. Best point of all was the beds and bedding, the bed was magnificent and the pillows to die for( asked about buying the pillows on checkout) Over all a great stay, Thank you

From the moment of our arrival,
From the moment of our arrival, staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The city view from our room on the 20th floor, totally enthralled our 6 year old - (as it did his parents!). Room was very clean, bedding spotless, and bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was included in our price, and I must say, that the array of choices was huge! It would be hard to find fault with what was on offer. Would definitely stay here again. Great location to everything, and a very welcoming atmoshphere.

Would definetely stay here again.
Would definetely stay here again. Staff were lovely and the room was immaculate... just like the pictures. We were in a 2 queen bed room which was excellent for 4 people. Couldn't be in a better location. It was close to the city and within walking distance to all different types of public transport. It was great being connected to the casino and crown complex. Also, was sooooo easy getting to and from the Telstra Dome (Etihad) from the hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel... would recommend it to EVERYONE!!! Excellent value for everything provided. +++++

The spa was out of order but I
The spa was out of order but I was promptly offered the use of the spa at the Crown Towers which was great. Only complaint was that I requested a morning paper and only received it on one of the 3 mornings of my stay. Other than than, fabulous 4 day stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff are very friendly
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful to explain the various rates and options available plus recommending what rooms are suitable and the reasons. Rooms are spacious and very well designed for comfort and enjoyment. Gym and swimming pool facilities are modern and well maintained. I have no problems in selecting this hotel if I want to stay again in future as well as recommend to friends and relatives.
