Stayed for one night with my mother

Stayed for one night with my mother for her birthday. Received some complimentary chocolates and biscuits for this occassion. The only problem we encountered was my details were confused with someone else with same name........no big deal as hotel reception was able to fix. Next time will try the breakfast!

Lovely hotel, great value for

Lovely hotel, great value for money. Everything was spotless, except for the shower floor, which had signs of black mold. Only there for 1 night, so no big deal. The soundproofing of the room was fantastic, with no noise coming in from outside - couldn't even hear the helicopters as they flew by outside and down the river. Oh, and good views too! The lobby is looking a bit tired, but the room is still contemporary and very comfortable. And unlike many Australian hotels, this one caters to North American sensibilities with room service (at reasonable prices) and 11 am checkout.

For the price we paid this Hotel

For the price we paid this Hotel was worth it. Managed to get a great deal on hotel club - stay two nights and get the third free - not sure if the dollars could have handled paying full amounts for three nights. The room was large and airy - huge shower/bathroom. Great gym & pool facilities although expensive internet charges. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable!!!! Mall, restaurants etc just a short walk along the covered walkway in the complex. Would recommend and would stay there again if going back to Sydney. Close to town as well.
