Located at the top end of prestigious Collins Street in downtown Melbourne, the Grand Hyatt Melbourne towers above the city with mind-bending views of Melbourne and Port Phillip Bay. More than half of the property was renovated in 2010, and today most guest rooms are spacious, modern and downright swanky. Guests enjoy a spa, fitness center and outdoor tennis courts, as well. The on-site restaurant, Collins Kitchen, features open kitchens and five different dining concepts.

Staff were particularly attentive,
Staff were particularly attentive, always welcoming me by name. Food was excellent yet overpriced the Spice Market bar attached to the hotel was fantastic

We stayed in a Grand Suite on
We stayed in a Grand Suite on the 25th floor which was gorgeous and huge. We were eligible to use the Grand Club Lounge on the 31st floor for canapes & drinks and breakfast which was a great way to start & finish the day. Highly recommend the Grand Hyatt.
