The lift was something on its own. Door didn't open on top floor after shaky ride. Used the stairs...

Will never stay there again...staff
Will never stay there again...staff is non smiley and dirty old rooms. I'd rather pay a bit more...even motels are better than this hotel

Clean, Quite and conviently located.
One block off of downtown Perth. Convient to shopping, dinning and everything Perth has to offer. Room was clean, and had everthing you need. The Criterion may not have everything a large chain hotel has but it is a good deal for the price.

not good
it was clean exept for windows which were filthy. our view was a brick wall.. walked in and out without a comment from desk staff. arrived at 2am checked in and was pointed to lift our room was 311 desk clerk never told us that we needed lift to floor 2!

Criterion Hotel Perth
Stay at the Criterion was perfect for staying in Perth for the Australia Day celebrations. Parking is off site so kind of a hassle, $31.00 overnight. Started on the ground floor and after asking was changed to a room on an upper floor without a problem.

great location
Great location. Friendly staff on reception allowed us to check in at 11am as we landed at 6am! Very dated but clean and big room. Everything u need for the money. Free wine with booking very nice and free wifi always handy.

Very good and strategic location, reasonable price, just that the breakfast should be more variety as it make people felt bored of having the same kind every day!! The free wi-fi service should be review as it's bit difficult to log in...

This hotel is conveniently located
This hotel is conveniently located in the CBD, within a short walk to either the train or the ferries on the Swan River. The rooms are not fancy or particularly large, but they were clean and the daily service was efficient. There is a hotel restaurant, but with a number of other restaurants and takeaways nearby I didn't try it. For the price, I would definitely stay there again.
