Nestled right in the heart of
Nestled right in the heart of Perth's shopping area, location is probably the major positive attribute that Aarons possesses. The rooms are small and lack ironing facilities and for the late arrivals there are no refreshments available in the bar fridges apart from a cup of tea or coffee. Next time I book a hotel, I will be paying careful attention to ensure that my needs are met. even if that means paying a little extra.

Checked into Aarons Hotel for
Checked into Aarons Hotel for the 1st nite after arriving into Perth. We(hubby & age 4 son) was given a standard room. The room and bed was terribly small, just like hotels in HK. It is more like a motel than a 3 star hotel. Amenities in the room were like 80's. Felt being ripped off for the price of USD100/nite. Only good thing is the location of the hotel which is in the heart of the city.

The hotel is in a great location
The hotel is in a great location of Perth- easy walking distance to malls and transport and the staff were friendly. The hotel rooms are dated, but clean and well maintained. For the price its great value and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I have only expected 3.5 star
I have only expected 3.5 star rating hotel value, but it was a lot worse than I've expected. Room was a very dirty (i.e. frame have disgusting molds, dust on the wall, too old furnitures you name it). All my family has back pain as the bed condition. Hotel staff wasn't kind at all.

We felt that we were given a second
We felt that we were given a second rate room, no shower door, mould in the shower grouting, large water mark and peeling paint next to the bed, tired looking bedside table with varnish lifting from the surface, couldnt walk round the bed (pushed against the wall) as there was a single bed in the room also. I completed a hotel questionaire and told them how we felt and mentioned the same as am mentioning to you. Doubt we will be staying there again. Very disapointed

I've have stayed at this hotel
I've have stayed at this hotel twice in the last three weeks as I nhave been travelling from Country Western Australia to Perth for mrdical appointments.I found that the location excellent & the staff very friendly.So if you are looking for good value for your money then Aarons Hotel is the go!

The room was very small and very simply furnished - no bed side tables or chairs (bar one wooden one at the small wooden desk)so nowhere to sit and relax or enjoy room service

Location excellent. Breakfast very good. Noisy Friday and Saturday nights until bar closed. Otherwise very quiet for such a central location. Room a bit small for more than one. Could do with pay TV and HD televisions.
