Pretty comfy place to relax

This hotel is nestled in the middle of everywhere you are coming or going in Antwerp, a few blocks from the train station and a few blocks from any of the sights. However, that means it's neighborhood isn't quite as nice. Still, our room was spacious, the staff was very nice, and by this time in our trip, we were ready to relax for a bit rather then spend the entire day walking around sight-seeing. The only major disappointment was that this website made it seem like it had a pool, fitness room, and jacuzzi, where in fact it had none of those.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

We were told by the hotel staff to walk down the street right outside to get to the best part of town, with the small cobblestone streets and historic buildings. It worked well, but was a very ugly and sketchy walk. Exactly one street over (west) was the street we walked back on, and it was right through the pretty and well-maintained up-scale shopping area.
