The hotels bar-brasserie, Chez Louise, offers a casual atmosphere looking out on the busy streets of Brussels. Open for lunch and dinner, the kitchen serves traditional Belgian and international dishes. Hotel also have a multi-purpose room for groups of up to around 100 people, and another meeting room for up to 30 people.
You may park directly at the hotel (fee required). If you need help getting around Brussels, just ask hotel reception staff, who will be pleased to provide the information you need to find your way.

Good hotel in city center
Room was on the small side, and the queen-sized bed was two twin beds put togther. Staff was nice and friendly, and the stay was pleasant. Wi-fi was unpredictable at the beginning, but got better. Overall, about what I expected.

Good overnight bussiness place to stay
Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, the restaurant food was great but very limited variety and times for you to eat, also very expensive when compare with other restaurants in the area. The hotel location was very good and plenty of transportation available.

I know I should have read better, but I read that the was an internet service in the room, and in fact there was, but I had to pay for it... In many other hotel the internet in the room was for free, so I was surprised. All the other aspects were very good, just a bit of a cue at the reception when I was checking out, could that be avoided?

Great hotel.
Hotel is located near the metro station. You can go from the airport to the hotel using the metro. (just exit Louis) Takes two tranfers. Don't pay taxi 40 euros when metro cost less than 2 euros. The hotel is in a great area, but not in the main city. According to a local, it's like having a hotel in beverly hills. Very clean. Supermarket near by. Great price ($60 US per day).

Reception understaffed. As in
Reception understaffed. As in many hotels in Brussels - by the way, capital of Belgium - you have to be very lucky to find someone at the reception speaking Dutch - by the way, most spoken language in Belgium. At the restaurant, during breakfast, very loud and indiscreet personel, arguing about internal problems. Level of one of the popular "brown cafés" of Brussels, not of a 4 star hotel. Avoid the rooms on the front of the hotel, the Chaussée de Charleroi beeing VERY loud.

Freundliches Chaos
Wir haben 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht. Als wir um 14.30 einchecken wollten, war keines der Zimmer fertig. Das erste bekamen wir um 14.45. Das zweite Zimmer stand erst ab 15.30 zur Verfügung. Auch sonst schien mir das Personal leicht unterbesetzt (u.a. lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption). Die Hotelbar war zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr auch komplett geschlossen. Das anwesende Personal war dagegen echt gut, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl, welche auch kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit noch nachgefüllt wurde. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz war mit 20€ pro Nacht etwas teuer. Fazit: Wenn man bereit ist leichtes Chaos zu verzeihen, kann man sich in diesem Hotel sehr wohlfühlen.

Bon emplacement pour visiter la capitale Belge
L'hôtel est bien situer pour visiter la ville.Proche d'une station de métro et de nombreux restaurants sans être obligé d'aller dans le centre.Confort de la chambre correct et Pt déjeuner très varié.Le café n'est pas super et le prix du parkinng de l'hôtel élevé,dommage.

excellent dans l'ensemble sauf la chambre qui est plutot exigu alors que je suis un client régulier. ai demandé un grand lit et ai eu deux petits lits. il manque un peu de personnalisation surtout que j'y vais depuis 3ou 4 ans dans ce hotel
