Breakfast overpriced: 20 Euro Hot tub: Unusable: First day: not working. Second day: lukewarm Swimming pool: 2 feet deep - Who can swim in it? An infant?

Good Hotel
This hotel was ideal for what I wanted. It was near the Grand Place and other sites and restaurants. The staff was most helpful in giving directions, calling cabs and anything else I wanted. I would recommend this hotel to a friend. I did not like the French bathroom style with the commode in one place and the shower and sink in another. Overall this was a very nice hotel.

Good Choice
It's a little pricier than the places I normally go to but this is my second Novotel and they were both great to stay at. Parking is a public structure (#58) across the street and cost about 14-15 Euro for 24 hours. They also have air conditioning. While AC isn't required in Europe, I found that the canals in the other two Belgium cities I stayed in brought mosquitos, the hotels didn't have AC and leaving the windows open let them in.

Christmas break
We stayed 3 nights. The rooms are quite big with a sofa/bed as well as double bed. The double bed is not huge. I thought the wifi was a bit expensive and didn't bother. It's very well located for the Christmas market, which is just around the corner in Sr Katherine's. Also well located for the city centre. We found the room a bit too hot for sleeping and had to put on the air conditioning at night. But really a very nice room and hotel.

Excellent location - short walk
Excellent location - short walk to Central Square and Central Train Station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room and all facilities modern, smart and well-functioning. Breakfast-buffet excellent.

A Very Nice Stay
The hotel is in a great location, close to all the major touristy stuff. The rooms were quite large and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were even given a free breakfast with our stay. Overall our one night stay at this hotel was great!
