DO NOT STAY HERE
Do not stay here this is the worst hotel ever me and my family stayed her on April 19 2013. We checked in and went up to our room and it was nasty the walls had stains all over them the bathroom was nasty it had weird smell to it. when i was walking out to our van to get clothes out i walked passed a couples room with there door wide open both was in there underwear and someone was in the shower with the curtan open so you could see her taking a shower. waled outside and 2 men was out there smoking weed. we got up the next morning and checked out early to go to another hotel and we walked out to our van only to see we had things stolen from our van witch is crazy no one saw anything since i parked right in front of the door the people working at the desk could see my van. like i said don't stay here

The stay at this hotel was comfortable. The hotel is situated on the Calgary trail and is easily approachable when coming from or leaving to the airport. Huge free parking space available; The complimentary continental breakfast was good, superstore is adjacent to the hotel. It has a restaurant on site as well. In all, good for the price.

West Edmonton Mall....an attraction especially with kids. Hotel has daily passes as well.

we were greeted by the person at the front desk who spoke minimal English (should have been fluent in English) Our room was okay no complaints. There was a 1 litre bottle of warm water in the room which we thought went with the room only to have to pay for it at the end $2.99. We were told that there was a price tag on the bottle but it must have been pretty small. Not impressed with that. The beds needed REPLACING BADLY, they were shot!!!!! Won't go back because my back was aching for a few days later and I did not get a good night sleep. My Not Good rating were because of the mattress. The staff was very nice I forgot my purse in the hotel and they worked like crazy to get it back to me. It arrived Saturday no money or anything else missing. Very impressed with that. Very honest people. Just BAD beds

Not bad
Not a bad hotel, but not glowing. Clean and mostly updated. So-so area of town. Near Super-center! Breakfast was good, but no variation from day to day for multi-day stay. Comfortable bed. Eager to please.

affordable stay
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Free continental breakfast was good. Stayed one night on smoker floor and floor smelled stale. I am a none smoker. Over all I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Note, easy access to shopping and great restaurants. Ample parking also.

The Moose factory had a great atmosphere and great food (steak). The restaurant in the hotel parking area serves great Greek dishes.
