Incredible views from nearly every suite atop the iconic Canada Place
The five sails of Canada Place welcome guests to this uniquely British Columbian luxury hotel. High above the scenic harbor, guests enjoy spectacular vistas of the mountains, Stanley Park and the city skyline from nearly every room. In this perfect spot for exploring the city, guests have easy access to the Cruise Ship Terminal (adjacent to the hotel), all the activities of Canada Place (including the IMAX Theater), and Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Vancouver World Trade Centre office complex and Pacific Centre Mall are also within blocks.
Highlights
- Comfort and convenience with phenomenal scenic views
- Excellent location for access to Canada Place, cruise ship terminal, VCEC
- Five Sails, award winning restaurant and bar, on the premises
Rooms
All the suites are beautifully decorated with simple, elegant colors and furnishings, but each view is unique. Guests can choose from City, Inner Harbor, Harbor Mountain, and Premiere (with views of Stanley Park and Coal Harbor). Some suites also include a separate sitting area and are very spacious at 1,650 square feet. All guest rooms include flat-screen televisions and high-speed Internet access.
Features
Stunning views top the list of features for this downtown luxury hotel, but there are plenty of others not far behind. Award-winning cuisine at the on-site Five Sails restaurant, spacious suites with modern amenities and proximity to the Cruise Ship Terminal are also worth a mention. The location is great for business travelers, considering the proximity to Vancouver World Trade Centre, Vancouver Convention and Expo Center, and the Burrard Street Skytrain station. Pan Pacific is also pet-friendly, close to Robson Street shopping, and has one of the city's best spas on the premises.
Dining
Make reservations at the Five Sails Restaurant for award-winning West Coast cuisine and spectacular views of the mountains and harbor. Or stop by the Cascades Lounge for upscale bistro fare and live jazz. The outdoor heated saltwater pool, Pan Pacific Fitness Room, and Utopia Spa, one of the best in the city, are also features not to be missed.

beautiful, comfortable, 1st class,
beautifully decorated for christmas. clean, serene, lovely gift shops, beautiful water view. staff very polite and helpful. Daily in and out parking pass very convenient. problems with cell phone connections in room and dropped calls. unable to print plane boarding pass. Hotel needs a lit up or bigger sign in front. I drove around the block several times before seeing the pan pacific sign on the hotel. Clearer signs to the self parking area are needed also. I asked the valet if I could self park because the signs were unclear.

Unbeatable location. Not too expensive.
This is the type of bustling hotel and location I always look for. Forget those "quiet and peaceful" ads. Those hotels are simply boring, so you might as well stay at home and watch tv!! You can walk to everything or you can simply hang out inside the huge hotel lobby, bar or restaurant, all with bright large windows overlooking the water front and city across to the north. Cross over to the north by non stop ferry in a few minutes and then observe vancouver from a different angle. Just perfect.

Hotel is in a fabulous location. Staff is professional and very helpful. Unfortunately, there is a charge for their internet connection. I would expect free wireless internet connections at a hotel of this quality.

WOW!
Perfect location as we were at the centre of the Canada Day celebrations and cruise ship embarkation. The concierge was so helpful as was all the staff with getting us tickets, showing us the Canada Line and bus routes, etc. We will definitely stay at the Pan Pacific on our next trip to Vancouver.

Amazing location with unbeatable views
My husband and I had just camped for three days so this hotel was a nice splurge. [...]The staff was extremely accomodating and helpful - every detail was taking care of to include our ice bucket being filled and suitcases delivered when we arrived at our room. The heated, salt water pool was the best feature- the views of the mountains were breathtaking and they give you really comfortable robes to wear. Bonus...The only downside was the parking was $31-$39 per day depending on whether or not you self-park or use valet service.
