Great Stay
Very satisfied with every aspect of our stay. We didn't use amenities like the pool or gym, but we did order room service (which was prompt and tasty), and our room was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use the Holiday Inn & Suites again!

Excellent Location and good value.
Stayed in the hotel along with my son. The hotel is located right by the heart of the downtown. University of Winnipeg, shopping centers and food outlets are at walking distance. A good courteous staff. It was really a good experience to staying in this hotel. Thumbs up.

Good business location in the City
It was in an easy to get to location near my customer and good restaurants. The hotel is an older facility which needs updating but is still comfortable until that time. No special amenities are available but the location gives you many outside options.

The Keg is a nice steak joint that is reasonable and good for customer dinning.

Pleasant Experience
I went to Winnipeg with friends to shop and have a good time. We picked Holiday Inn because the price was inexpensive and it is located downtown. Overall I had a good experience! The front desk clerk were very friendly. Our room was very clean and the view wasn't bad. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant because it was a bit pricey. But really had a pleasant experience otherwise!!

A Pretty Average Holiday Inn
This was a fairly average experience for a Holiday Inn. The property didn't seem particularly full when I was there, so it seemed strange to hear a dump truck emptying a dumpster outside my room (201) at 4:30am. I had to fix my toilet after it wouldn't stop running. Not a perfect stay. Much of downtown is walkable from here, so the location is very convenient and the price is reasonable for the area. If you'd stayed in other Holiday Inns, this one may come across as slightly below average. Not bad, but nothing special.

Never again
Car was broken into...glass everywhere inside. Hotel staff were indifferent to this issue as well as the Canadian authorities. I will never go back to Winnipeg because of this.

nothing works
The coffee maker did not work, the remote control did not work. And the food was over priced. Lucky for me I was only there for two nights.
