Great place
It has a very freiandly staff, willing to help any way they can. The buffett breakfeast is very nice, no having to get and run out for something to eat. I will be staying again at this chain.

There is a mall, with a movie theater short walk or drive. Then a short drive will put you in the downtown.

Good quality for an affordable price
Hotel was clean, staff were courteous. Lots of variety for continental breakfast. Close to mall and movie theater. Fredericton is so small that taking a taxi to downtown pubs from the hotel is affordable - $9 - $12. Hotel was quiet but I would recommend that you ask for a room facing Bishop Drive as the traffic on the other side is distracting.

Short drive from hotel
The Regent Mall is at the end of Bishop - a 2 minute drive and there is plenty of shopping and a movie theater all in one. There is also a family restaurant at the Mall as well as a food court.

Convenient stop along the way
Super clean, spacious rooms! You could eat off the bathroom floor! Light beige carpets in the rooms don't lend themselves to looking clean--a very strange choice for a hotel. Staff was very friendly. An extra chair in the room would be nice.
