Short drive from hotel
Try the Mediterranean Restaurant in the Zehrs Plaza at Kortright and Edinburgh. Food and service were fabulous.

Great place to stay
This is a great hotel if you are bringing your dog with you. They have a place where you can take them to do their thing and they even provide poopy bags. They also have a fenced in terrace so we were able to eat breakfast outside and not have to worry about leaving our dog in our hotel room. The only downside to our stay was that the sofa in the living room didn't turn in to a bed. One of my three sons have to sleep on the couch which wasn't the most comfortable. It's definitely something to think about if your kids are too old to share a bed. They do have cots, but there wasn't one available during our stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs and the suite was clean and spacious.

There were beer can in the elevator... Ans smelled smoke. People are really helpful and nice.

Staybridge Guelph Review
The hotel was nice, it was a bit out of the way - not as central to our stay. The staff were unable to assist me when I asked to cancel my room reservation for the second night, but they were friendly.

the stay at staybridge
the people at the front desk kept trying to charge me twice for a prepaid stay. i had to have them correct it twice. be careful when the ask for a credit card for additional services
