Great location, beautiful & neat.
Great hotel, close to the Niagara Parkway & walking distance to the Falls. One block away from Clifton Hill St. attractions and Queen Victoria Park. Great value for the money, including parking, which is really expensive around the city. We will return for sure.

Can't wait to return !!
My boyfriend and I spent 4 days here, and really enjoyed every minute !! We loved that the hotel was a bit further away from the busy areas... but close enough to walk to ! We bought an adventure pass at the hotel and had a blast doing all the activities on the pass. We also had lunch at the restaurant called "Edgewater Grill" (I think) ... it was right next to the horseshoe falls ... the view was insane awesome. For dinner we found a 1/2 price coupon for the skylon tower, and went there. It was still a bit pricey, but again, the view was insane, and the food was TERRIFIC! We were able to go to the observation tower, for free then, and watch the fireworks over the American falls ! Sooo romantic !! I would suggest taking a ride to Niagra on the Lake for shopping and lunch as well. We found a club house on Lake Ontario where we sat on the patio and had a couple glasses of wine and took pictures of each other.... I'm sure we looked like tourists, who NEVER get away... we were sooo impressed and happy with our trip ! Our room was very clean.... always love that ! The cookies were such a treat. If I had to complain about anything, I would say the elevator was slow . ( Really? Who cares ... right! Right !)

Nice family hotel
We visited for Easter weekend. This hotel had comfortable beds and nicely decorated rooms. We were near the elevator, and I expected it to be noisy, but it wasn't. The room includes a free breakfast that is better than average - more substantial offerings and healthier options like oatmeal. The weekend we stayed the hotel was busy, and the breakfast room was at capacity (long lines, no tables, messy tables). Food in Niagara is expensive, so you see why everyone is trying to load up on free breakfast. The pool was attractive but very cold. Fitness room was OK - not extensive but adequate, and open 24 hours. They also had a game room with a pool table. Location is walkable to all the tourist stuff on Clifton Hill, and very close to the bridge to the US.

Very Pleased!
I did a lot of searching to get the best value for my money. This hotel fits that bill. We are not terribly picky people so to get the breakfast included with the cost of the room was a BIG bonus. The area is VERY expensive so traveling with 6 of us, breakfast would have easily cost $75.00. (Heck - 6 hotdogs cost us $30.00 by the falls). We enjoyed the breakfast selection, for what we recieved for our money, we were very happy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Place was full but we slept well, not noisy at all for a Saturday night!! Beds pretty comfy too!!

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
The Falls are within walking distance and is a easy walk for folks without any health issues. This was considered a long walk for our eldest traveler with a heart condition. Since parking is difficult to find (and expensive), I recommend leaving your car at the hotel (since you had to pay $6.00 to park anyways) and walk to enjoy the area.

Great Price, Location and Service
We traveled to the area for a weekend visit to the casino. The location is excellent since you are only a short walk from the north entrance. Staff were very friendly and it looks like the hotel was recently renovated. The room was a good size and clean. For the price you cant beat everything you get: free breakfast, friendly service, free in-room internet (wired), and an excellent location. The only downside, which this is common for the area, is that you have to pay a nightly parking cost. But this was hardly a downside and its a minimal charge.

Money-saving tip:
Short drive from hotel
If you are wanting to save money on meals, driving 5-10 minutes will get you outside of the "tourist" area making meal prices far more reasonable.
