Fun, comfort and plenty of amenities at family-friendly downtown hotel
Pleasing everyone in the family is no easy task, but the staff at the Delta Chelsea Inn aim to do just that. Whether traveling solo for business or with the family for fun, guests here find all the comforts of home with the added bonus of well-planned, comprehensive services and high-tech amenities. Separate pools for families and adults, a teen lounge, a well-stocked kids center and a 19-and-over fitness center are a few ways the hotel caters to everyone in the family. The family dog is welcome, too, at this "Pets Can Stay" hotel.

The Delta Chelsea Inn's tastefully decorated guest rooms and suites have Delta "Sanctuary Beds," high-loft pillows and duvets, flat-screen televisions and complimentary internet is available in allguestrooms and suites as well as in the lobby & public areas. Signature Club rooms also include exclusive access to the Signature Club Lounge, plus complimentary breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres. Family fun suites are a parent's dream, with separate sleeping and living areas and great kid amenities, such as bubble bath and step stools. Business suites add more than 500 square feet to a Deluxe room and include a six-person boardroom table.

Great place to stay

Beautiful hotel, room was great, beds very comfortable. Downtown Toronto in an extremely convenient location. My only complaint is that free internet access only available in the lobby - you pay for internet access in your room, so you need to leave the comfort of your room to get free wi-fi - just make it free everywhere.

Parking rates are outrageous!!!

27 DOLLARS PER DAY TO PARK YOUR CAR. THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT UNTIL YOU ARRIVE.

Delta Chelsea Toronto

Room not ready when arrived, but immediately upgraded at no additional charge at suggestion of front desk of front desk clerk. Immediate hit there! Location for downtown Toronto excellent. Made walking to attractions/retaurants easy. Enabled us to leave the car and not have to drive around the city. Great water slide pool for kids and families and pool/gym area for over 19's totally separate and restful. Fine choice of on-site restaurants. Fast elevators!

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

We were able to go to the Yorkville section, the Eaton Center, and the ROM and AOG without having to get into our car. That's great for a big city.

Good service but lost reservation

Overall a good experience. For some reason they had no record of our reservation and I had to call customer service at [...] to straighten it out. Service from the hotel staff was polite and helpful.

Great Hotel

I spent most of my weekend in the hotel at a job fair and didn't really get to check much of the services out but the hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The elevators are kind of funky which made finding how to get to where the interviews were a bit interesting, but it wouldn't be a problem if unless you were planning to go to many different rooms on different floors.

Delta Chelsea

Very good location. Shuttle bus from airport cost around 32.00 for a round trip ticket which is alot cheaper than a cab. A+ hotel
