Duped Traveller
Unfortunate Night
The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the room looked nothing like the picture and was very used and abused. It was clean but not worth the money we paid. I would not stay there again. I would not recommend this hotel if you have children. There were police and security in the lobby all night because this hotel is party central.

Terrible would NEVER stay there again
This place is horrible, dirty, falling apart and way to loud with other hotel guests Had to call the front desk at 3 am to get the people above me to keep quiet. Pull out sofa was the worst I have ever seen, falling apart and springs broken matress terrible, can't even call it a mattress. I would never tell anyone to stay here.

weekend getaway
Not the most pleasurable experience. many young loud 19yr olds and such - the elevator was stuck in the middle of the night and parties were going on till early hours of the morning. the hotel has not been updated since it was built i presume. the best thing about the hotel was its location it was close to everything!!

Great Hotel Option for Detroit Entertaintment/Sport Events
Great hotel if you plan to attend Detroit entertainment/sport events. The location to the tunnel bus depot is awesome (right across the street). The condition of the hotel is ok--nothing fancy but served its purpose for a place to stay for one night. The suite that we stay in was nice. The bed was very comfortable and my husband and I slept very well. We would definitely stay here again if we planned to attend a entertainment/sport event in Detroit.

great stay
great stay like always me and my gf and friends come here often and it is a great hotel as i have said before. the staff is nice and the superstar restaurant staff and food is awesome. big rooms close to everything. worth the money

great place
we had a great stay it was easy to get into and we have stayed here before, the parking is the only downfall but we stay here often and go to superstar restauarant in the hotel itself great place good food you get discount with your hotel key nice place to stay if your on somewhat of a budget. big rooms too

Weekend in Windsor
I was sent to the city on business for the weekend. I was satisfied with the help the front desk employees provided me with and very happy with the cleanliness of the room. The diner was very friendly and the menu provided an array of choices both food and drink. I would recommend this hotel for both it's services and it's price.
