Hotel service is outstanding, rooms are okay need some upgrading, breakfast is okay, location is great, a bit overpriced for teh quality of the ooms. They should not allow smoking in the rooms. Restaurant downstairs over priced almost NY prices.

There are a lot of very nice restaurants near the hotels. Shopping is also short walk and a safe aerea

This was a lovely hotel. Comfortable rooms with very good facilities; friendly and helpful service from everyone in the hotel, from the front desk, to the concierge, the restaurant and bar staff, and the housekeeping staff. The food was also very good, though expensive. Location-wise it was excellent. An easy walk to some parts of town (including one end of the Cerra San Cristobel park) and two metro stations, so getting around was easy. My only 'complaint' would be the price, as it was quite expensive.

good quality for the price
Nice hotel for the rates, very nice neighborhood, room was clean, nice LCD TV. Internet charges too high and poor quality, ok Breakfast, should have eggs cooked to order. Overall the hotel is nice for two or so days in Santiago, very nice location in Providencia, sorrounded by malls and nice restaurants.
