Feel like a 3 star hotel.
It is just like a 3 star hotel. The fitness center and the swiing pool are not realy in service. I called and finally one opened the fitness room for me, inside the weights were rusted.

second time i stayed at this hotel, the only real issue was my driver to pick me up never showed up, i had to take a limo to the hotel from hong kong, which wound up costing me a little extra in cost and time.but the manager sent me a nice fruit basket to offer their apology which was very thoughtful. breakfast buffet was nice and staff very friendly and kind and helpful.i would stay here again, because of the location and the service, room cleaned efficiently every day, and offer to do laundry every time housekeeping came in while i was [...]concierge very helpful and always called cab quickly and helpful when asked..atm right on the front of the hotel so if you need cash you card will work here...great visit, thanks novotel watergate.

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
the spas around the area were great all day spa only costing under 20 dollars including food. stayed there several hours on three separate days, all the food and restaurants around the hotel, including the hotel restaurant was excellent.
