Occidental Grand Cartagena - All Inclusive

Food was to salty spesialy at night time. Ocean was fantastik, clear and warm, beach was very clean and comfotable.

My wife and I spent a long weekend at this hotel, and had a terrific time! These are the pros: - The hotel is almost new (it's been in operation for only a year#, so most of the things look like nobody had ever used them. - The gardens are just gorgeous. - The staff is really friendly and helpful. - The standard rooms are a little bit small, but very comfortable. They have a minibar with basics #water, coke, beer) free of charge. - The food is way above the average for an all-inclusive in Colombia. There are plenty of fish and shellfish. -The cocktalis are OK and the bartenders are really cool. - The transportation to the city works well, even though you have to make a reservation to take it. It will leave you at the old city in 25 minutes. The pools are very nice. - The beach doesn't have the annoying salespeople that pushes you to buy in other beaches.

I went with a friend the hotel its self is a little far from the city but u have shuttles there and back at all times and if not 20 bucks will get u there in a taxi..the hotel is awsome the staff is awsome the beach was clean and right outsid. More of a family spot but u can still go with friends and get crazy i met some really cute colombian girls there ;). The staff was really cool helped us out with everything from planning trips to showing us around town.. Would most def go back on my next trip best hotel iv been to by far. The food was good not great but good u have food throgh out the day so you'll never go hungry...loved it!! Would recomend it to anyone

It was very pleasant experience...clean, new and inexpensive. I would repeat the experience. Although there was not enough people the first two nights for intertainment, a convention packed the hotel the last two nights and closed the specialty restaurant and entainment facilities. They warned me that there was poisenous snakes on the beach at night...a little disconserting.

Nous avons séjournés 5 jours au mois d'avril au Grand Cartagena : le personnel est vraiment gentil et souriant. La suite que nous occupions était très design et très grande. Nous avons peu profité du Jacuzzi qui était au soleil mais davantage des piscines. Il y avait peu d'animations et pas beaucoup de monde en raison de cette période hors vacances scolaires pour les colombiens. Il y a une navette qui dessert l'hôtel jusqu'à Cartagena environ toutes les heures. Il faut compter 20 min jusqu'à l'aéroport et 30minutes jusqu'au centre ville.
