Great Location/ No windows

The hotel was actually extremely central to everything. We were very happy about that, but when we arrived there were no windows in the room so it constantly felt stuffy. Also when we needed to make some changes to our reservation the hotel told us no as we had made the reservation through this site and not through them directly. Finally there is no restaurant in the hotel nor room service. There are restaurants nearby. If I had known these things previously I would not have booked the hotel.

Any restaurants near the Media Luna Hostel are fantastic and more affordable than restaurants inside the city.
