Grand Majestic Plaza

Nice hotel very closed to the center, nice people at the reception, clean room... it doesn't get any better for this price.

This is an excellent hotel in a superb location. Everything in the Old Town, Prague is within easy walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Would have absolutely no problem staying here again.

I know Prague pretty well and was really impressed with this hotel- clean, proper, good restaurant, nice breakfast.

This hotel is very attractive, well appointed and in an excellent location. It's about 500 feet from Revolution Square and the Palladium shopping center, where stores and eating places are open all hours. Several days a week there's a nice farmers' market in the square and many tours leave from the square. The only drawback is that wireless internet is available in the hotel lobby, but not in the rooms. We had to sit in the lobby with our iphones and ipads to log in. However, the lobby is large and comfortable so that wasn't too bad.

The hotel is close to Náměstí Republiky, a vibrant square with non-stop activities! For the shopping oriented, it is really close to the Palladium shopping mall. The hotel is within walking distance from interesting sites, yet away from all the craziness around the Charles Bridge, Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square areas. The staff are helpful. The breakfast was included in our rate; they put a good spread. The cleaning lady didn't replenish soaps and shampoos every day, which was strange. If you are planning to share a room with someone, be ready to see two single beds joined together. Also, be ready to use two separate blankets. It's a standard practice in Europe.

We stayed for 2 nights in this very well located hotel that's close to Prague Square. The hotel is very new and updated with very nicely decorated rooms. I didn't like that they didn't have free wifi's in the rooms since I had to go down to the lobby to access to the wifi with my iphone. The breakfast was okay. Not great and not bad. It was free with room so I really couldn't complain. The staff was very nice and helpful. Was also able to change money at the front desk. Don't change money at one of the many change houses throughout the city. They will rip you off! Use your ATM card or change money at the desk of your hotel. The elevator is really slow and I was glad we were only on the second floor so we could just walk up the stairs.

All staff was super courteous and helpful. Room was very modern and comfortable, but not big by American standards, but not an uncomfortable size. Very clean and new. It is located a block away from the main shopping mall and only a few blocks to Old Town and walkable to the symphony and Wenchalas Square. Some very good local restaurants nearby and casinos. Would recommend and would stay there again. Also very close to trams, though we walked almost everywhere. Definately a place for the Christmas and New Year holidays as street fairs abound all during the season and are very close to the hotel without having to be right in it and the constant hub-bub.

Very good hotel, in a goop price range. Location is good as the place is quiet, but still close to "Stare Mesto".

The hotel was brilliantly located, a walking distance from the Old town square but still on a quiet street, also metro was close by. Rooms were clean and quiet, breakfast buffet had variety, the staff was helpful, lobby bar pleasant. All in all, nothing bad to say. Oh, and the bathrooms were really neat as well, with a shower/tub combo. Would definitely recommend and visit again myself.

Nous avons passé 3 jours à Prague, l'hôtel était très bien placé et très confortable. Le seul point négatif: le petit-déjeuner. Certains matins il fallait patienter 5-10 min car le resto était plein et le dernier jour on s'est retrouvé à une table non débarrasée et sale où on nous a juste amené 2 couverts sans débarraser et nettoyer la table.
