Good value
Good location that's right in the middle of all the places my friends and I wanted to see in Prague including the Charles Bridge, the clock tower, and shopping areas. The included breakfast was nice. Negative feedback for the hotel's taxi service. My friends and I scheduled a taxi from the hotel at 4:00am to the train station. The driver was 30 minutes late and we nearly missed our 4:45am train to Vienna.

Good value in Prague
Within easy walking distance of everything. Front desk clerk helped us arrange transportation to the airport on departure date.

Superb place to stay.
Perfect place to stay, very near to most of the places. Quite at night and the room is big. The only thing is it needs a shower mat at the shower its slippery when wet otherwise everything is perfect. I enjoyed the taste of coffee at the sitting room and I was able to drink it anytime.

A lovely 3 night stay
From start to finish, we felt lucky to have found The Cloister Inn. It was the perfect location for getting to know Old Town, especially, and a short walk to the river and Charles Bridge. The staff could not have been more helpful. The free internet with available computers for use was a great treat - as was the free tea and coffee! The rooms could not have been cleaner and we were very pleased with the amount of space. Many thanks to all at the Inn.

Fantastic city break
This was our 10th time in the cloister hotel and once again met our needs perfectly ideally situated for all main areas ,Charles bridge ,lesser town,Jewish quarter ,old town and wencelous square all only a short walk away ,the staff are fantastic nothings to much trouble ,we struggled with the tourist information in the city ,but luckily the cloister staff answered all our questions brilliant x

Great base for the two of us.
Friendly, clean and quiet. Well designed hotel, could not fault anything. Very good breakfasts, convenient to metro and trams, and very close to city centre. If I had to be difficult I would have preferred tea/coffee facilities in room, but these are available free in the lounge.

Good overall
pluses: staff super helpful and friendly, conveniently located, quiet, the included buffet bfast was very decent, clean bathrooms, very safe. Deltas: old squeaky furniture, bed are firm, our room was quite far from the entrance.

Great Hotel
The Cloister Inn was a wonderful hotel. It is located very close to the main attractins in Prague. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hitel to anyone who wanted to stay within walking distance to all of the main sites.
