Comfortable Stay

Really excellent experience with very good hospitality and care from hotel staff They are very flexible in changing the rooms if available The only negative thing is the location in rather busy traffic area The open buffet breakfast is fantastic and contains all food which suits every taste

Hotel stay, Cairo.

I found the hotel much better than i expected, The staff were very good, and could not do enough for me, They were kind and always on hand to help with any thing i needed. The only flaw was when i wanted to change euros to egyptain, i had to go outside to bank, but this was only a few feet away so all was ok. I will book this Hotel again, Let me end by saying again a big thank you to the staff they made my stay so nice, ,Thank you Declan.

Lovely Holiday

Thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay at this ideally located hotel. Fully deserves its' 4 star rating. Very clean, rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. All the Staff are very professional and extremely helpful. Excursion programme provided by the hotel is extensive and the tour staff are very helpful. One of the Hotels taxi drivers (Mohammed) is an absolute gem and takes you exactly where you want to go , without additional stop offs at tourist outlets!!!! He is also very protective of his clients and makes you feel very safe in his presence.

Wonderful hotel!

Very nice staff...really good internet, great breakfast..lovely pool and lovely bar...however, why was the restaurant on the top floor never open?

Keep Well Away...!! Poor Location

very bad location; 45 mins from central Cairo.. only benefit is 10 mins from pyramids but you will only visit that once. Pool is very small and had a bat swimming in it.. ewww.. Staff at reception could barely speak english and were very unhelpful, only baggage handlers and cleaners appeared to be the nicest staff there the hotel is on a very busy road and windows are very poorly insulated, so very noisy night as cars horn a lot in egypt not recommended.... many better hotels for the same price..

We had no idea where the hotel

We had no idea where the hotel was but in fact we found we could access most things we wanted to see in Cairo. The welcome and courtesy was excellent. The room cleaning could be a bit better but that is the only critical point.

The staff were very friendly and let us extend our check out time with no extra charge, which is rare in Egypt. Hotel pool and panoramic restaurant best features. Only negative point was had to cross incredibly busy road to use ATM and hotel taxi driver was extremely greedy.
