Citadines Buffa Nice is located at only 100 meters from the legendary Promenade des Anglais. A few minutes from the residence, discover the Palais Lascaris with its baroque interior, and the old city with its flower market. 10-minutes walk from our Apart'hotel, you will find a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants in the pedestrian area around Place Massena. For business travelers, the Acropolis congress and exhibition centre is also close to the residence. Our residence provides 35 studios and one-bedroom apartments and gives to residents an access to a private beach from April to September. Your apart'hotel has everything you need for rest, work and play - in a comfortable living space that doubles up as a home office with high speed internet access. It features a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge, a private bathroom and a satellite TV. Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. For your comfort, additional services are available as an automatic laundry or a continental breakfast served in rooms. Additional house-cleaning service is also available on request and is charged according to your requirements.

Simply bad.

There was no bed in the room! Just a very uncomfortable sofa bed. The toilet flush did not work as well!! Reception is closed from the evening on, and there was no one to take care of those problems. Not recommended.

Never ever again

This hotel is a joke! All rooms only have sofabeds, with cheap metal frames (also underneath the mattress) which is truly uncomfortable. The smell within the room is disgusting (of mold). We have checked out after the first night, even though we have booked and already paid 2. Never going back to this place.

Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Lage-Verhältnis

Wir buchten das Hotel um einen ausgezeichneten Preis. Lediglich 150 € bezahlten wir pro Person für 4 Nächte im Juli. In 5 Minuten waren wir am Strand. Zudem kann man dank der Kochnische im doch relativ teuren Nizza einiges an Geld sparen. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach gehalten. Vor allem das Bett (eine aufklappbare Couch) ist dabei zu erwähnen. Zudem wurde es während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Des Weiteren ist die Rezeption zwischen 19 und 9 Uhr geschlossen, was aber für uns auch okay war. Um nach 19 Uhr ins Hotel zu kommen erhält man einen Code, der es ermöglicht die Tür zu öffnen. Während der Nachtstunden befindet sich ein Nachtwächter an der Rezeption, der jedoch nur Französisch spricht, also auch kein Wort Englisch. Also etwas für jene die um wenig Geld viel Erleben möchten und dafür auf den ein oder anderen Komfort verzichten können. Aber für diese Zielgruppe ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

le lit double depliant est un

le lit double depliant est un peu limite pour plus d'une semaine. tres pratique avec enfants, la chambre donnait sur une cour interieure.

シャワーのお湯が２晩続けて途中で水になってしまった。コインランドリーで前の使用者が選択・乾燥が完了しているがそのままになっていて我々が使えなかったなど不満もあるが、場所・設備・価格・フロントの対応は充分満足できた。お勧めのホテルです。

Pour un séjour en toute liberté

Bon compromis entre un hôtel classique et une location saisonnière. L'équipement est très correct : four micro-ondes, grille-pain, fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, produits d'entretien....On peux séjourner en toute individualité en ayant toutefois toujours la possibilité de bénéficier des services d'un hôtel classique : petit déjeuner, pressing, ménage....De plus, l'emplacement de l'établissement est idéal, proche des commerces, du centre et de la promenade des anglais. Je regrette cependant la banquette-lit très inconfortable, la décoration assez peu étudiée et vieillotte et une mauvaise odeur persistante dans les couloirs et l'ascenseur en particulier.

bon plan

à l'occasion du marathon Nice Cannes nous avions un pied à terre idéal (proximité du départ et prés de tous les moyens de transport) navette aéroport 4€, le bus pour se ballader à 1€ pour aller sur Monaco le TER pour se rendre à Cannes A/R 12 € les locations de vélo la journée 14€ ou le vélo city moins cher encore. Le café expresso est offert toute les aprés midi et le sourire de la charmante personne de l'acceuil avec toute les infos utiles pour le séjour.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

allez dans le vieux Nice et comme nous profité du super cadre, en + les restaurants partenaires du marathon étaient nombreux autour de 15 € sans les vins (nous nous sommes lachés aprés) la boulangerie "Maitre Pierre" pain et autre délices viennoiseries, Tropésienne ....dans la pietonne
