Convivial and cordial hotel, with the calm and air-conditioned rooms, equipped with a personalized decoration. This residence offers to you all the services adapted to the personal needs. An enjoyable stay

Ah, Paris. This hotel was everything we were looking for: a small but well furnished room in a good location, working bathtub. The balconette attached to the room made it feel magical. Of course, it's not as convenient as a hotel, say, right next to the Louvre or Eiffel Tower (if you're there to sightsee) but this hotel is just a 2 minute walk away from 3 different metro stops. There's always someone at the front desk (and they all speak flawless English), and free access to WiFi as well as an ethernet connection in the room. If you do stay there, be sure to look up Gavotte La, a charming creperie, just down the street. Across the street is Le Bouco, a nice French restaurant with the most divine fish I have ever had. Two doors down from the hotel is a pizza place run by an Italian man. Basically, after a long day of sightseeing and dealing with hordes and hordes of tour groups wherever, it's very comforting to take a short metro ride back to this hotel and just relax on the bed and enjoy the flatscreen TV :) Very good value.

Ideal location situated between 4 different metro stops (Europe, Liege, Rome & Place de Clichy - Also close to Gare St. Lazare. Hotel was lovely & clean, clean room & very comfortable bed. Staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast extra and a bit dear at €15 unless you're a big eater & can get your monies worth out of it. I expected the hotel to be a closer walking distance to the main city centre (given the vicinity of Opera) but having said that I cannot fault the hotel at all & would use it again

Free internet. My safe did not

Free internet. My safe did not work (out of batteries) and it was 29 centigrades and the aircon was not on. Noicy street in the morning when you keep the window open. Location is close to the metro, but not a very convenient metroline. Tiny rooms even if I did have a premium room.

A very good hotel in a perfect

A very good hotel in a perfect location. The room was quite small, but perfectly cleaned every day. Very friendly staff, good communication. Would stay there again.

Très bon et silencieux hotel,

Très bon et silencieux hotel, aux chambres doubles spacieuses et confortables. Seul bémol: le petit déjeuner; choix minimaliste, pain sec... pour 15€ une arnaque. Pour le reste, très agréable séjour.

Très bonne adresse pour le quartier

Très bonne adresse pour le quartier agréable et calme. Leur gentillesse et leurs attentions pourraient être un bon exemple pour beaucoup d'hôtels. J'y serais retourné le mois prochain, mais les premiers prix ne sont plus disponibles snif snif
