Hotel Mayfair

I stayed in a single room with a twin size bed. The room was very clean and well decorated. I worried about the size of the room being Paris, but it was reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The only thing is that I had to ask for a rope and a tooth brush. Did not eat the breakfast there. There are a couple restaurants on the street that have really good food. This hotel is in such a great location very close to attractions (Louvre, Champs Elysees, Grand Place etc...) and the shops. I will stay there again.

Great location for louvre, opera, tuillerilles, and shopping. Lovely accomodations, comfortable bed, good shower, all the amenities one would expect of a luxury hotel. Like most french hotels, however, there is no in room coffee/tea maker which I would have liked. Nice breakfast served 7-1030 which is later than many places so one can sleep in a bit. Can't beat it for the price, especially on the right bank. There are two of my favorite restaurants just steps away, le Souffle and Fardi's. I would highly recommend.

The location could not be any better! Fresh rooms, friendly personnel, good breakfast, classic interior . Five star quality without the five star glitz and five star price.

The location is unbeatable. It is close to Concorde metro stop (1-2 short blocks), Champ Elysees and the Louvre museum. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. They speak English well. The room was charming, comfortable and clean. I didn't eat at the restaurant so I cannot make a comment on it. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and will definitely go back.

Centrally located off rue de Rivoli, between the Louvre and Place de la Concorde. Spacious room for the centre of a major city. Lovely staff. Hassle free holiday!

After staying a few times in other 3-4 star hotels in Paris, I was wary. Could this really be as good as the reviews say? The Mayfair is. It is well located, one can walk to everything (like the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Champs Elysees) The rooms are nicely sized and beautifully furnished. Great bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only problem I had was in regulating the hot water in the shower. Pleasantly, there is no shortage of hot water there! I will stay there again.

The hotel Mayfair is lovely and in and excellent location where one can walk to nearly every attraction in Paris. The lobby and staff are charming, however our "petite suite" was awkward and located on the air shaft servicing the kitchen. Air condition had been disconnected so open windows were required for ventilation, so the kitchen was unavoidable. Modern amenities, such as free wifi were not available. All in all a very pleasant stay and we would recommend, but be cautious if you are accustom to a 4 or 5 star hotel.

The Hotel Mayfair is a small, intimate hotel located off Rue de Rivoli. All the major sights (Louvre, Place Concord, Place Vendome, Musee d'Orsay, Jardin Tulleries, Palais Royale, etc.), designer boutiques, the Metro, are all within walking distance. The staff of the hotel was friendly and helpful. The Jr. Suite/ Family Room we stayed in was spacious and luxurious with high ceilings and the most comfortable beds. We definitely would recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

It was our first time in Paris and our stay at the Mayfair Hotel couldn't have been more pleasant. We would stay definitely there again. The staff is English speaking, friendly and very helpful.
