The residence offers 3 star accommodations from 1 person studios to bedroom apartments for 4 persons with a warm atmosphere setting to relax or work. Some of them have a terrace and a nice view on the swimming pool and the race course. No payment by check accepted. Front desk week-end and public holiday : from 7am to 12pm - from 5.30 pm to 8 pm. Swimming pool is closed in winter

Zenith Concert break

Studio appartment was perfect,very close to stadium and the walk into city took about 30 mins or you could catch nearby Tram and change to metro with one ticket.The price advertised for appartment on day we arrived was almost double what I,d paid online so I was very pleased!

The premises are out of town and

The premises are out of town and you need to catch the Metro into the main city which is a 5-10 min walk away and very easy to get to, however this location suited our purposes as it meant not having to negotiate our way around the city centre and it was easy to find our way in and get back out on the ring road. It is quite new and set up well for the businessman looking for a home away from home if working in Toulouse for the week. All facilities are new and are explained in English as well as French so no translation was required. I would happily stay here again.

Très propre et agréable residhotel.

Très propre et agréable residhotel. Bien isolé, équipements de qualité. On est a côté des rails, et on entend même pas les trains passer tellement c'est bien isolé (triple vitrage, je crois). Seuls Bémols : il faut marcher 8 minutes de la station métro. Aussi, il n'y a pas d'accueil durant la nuit. Mais on s'y fait vite à ces inconvénients, on y reviendrait facilement.

Les lits sont en fait des canapés

Les lits sont en fait des canapés convertibles. Ambiance froide, tous les sols en carrelage, insupportable système de lumière temporisée dans les communs, trop loin du centre. Il faut présenter sa carte de crédit pour obtenir l'ouverture de la ligne téléphonique (ne pas oublier de le faire avant que la réception ne ferme donc).

Muy buena ubicación, a pesar de

Muy buena ubicación, a pesar de que no se encuentra en el centro de Toulouse, se puede acceder de forma fácil, hay un supermercado a un par de cuadras del hotel por lo que las compras para preparar algo en la cocina de la habitaciòn se facilitan mucho, muy buen lugar.

Très bonne adresse pour séjour

Très bonne adresse pour séjour de courte durée, notamment en famille, ou professionnel. Un peu excentré, véhicule nécessaire mais accès centre ville aisé. Vue moyenne mais pas désagréable (voie ferrée au 1er plan, sans nuisance constatée, hippodrome au 2nd plan) Piscine agréable, parking sécurisé, accueil sympathique. Passage de quelques avions mais la bonne isolation de la résidence corrige cette petite nuisance. Impression générale: très satisfaisant.
