Basic - not up to NH Hotel normal standards

Car park was full but plenty secure parking available within 10 mins @ 22euro/day Room wasn't cleaned on first night. Cleaner did ignore the do not disturb sign though to wake us at 08:30 then didn't return later. Bathroom not very clean & smelt stale. Toiletries didn't get replaced or refilled so make sure you bring your own. No tea/coffee / safe / iron so claiming 4 stars is really a joke!! Very unimpressed especially when compared to NH hotels stayed in elsewhere

Nice but not too close to things

Stayed there to attend trade show at Koelnmesse. Five-minute walk to trolley that's three stops from convention center, so that's pretty good. It's a 15-20-minute walk to the Dom.[...]Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good.

Nice and cozy. Room was large

Nice and cozy. Room was large with modern fixtures and furniture. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom very nice and well equipped. A fan to remove moisture and smell would be a welcome addition. Breakfast very expensive:18 euro/person for a bowl of cereals! Highly recommended. Book over internet to get a fair price for the room.

Hotel für Kurzreisen/Geschäftsreisen

Das Empfangspersonal wirkt recht kühl, bzw. wenig engagiert; aber professionell. Ich hätte mit eigentlich mehr Freundlichkeit erwartet. Ansonsten ohne Fehl und Tadel.

Ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Köln

Als wir um 12.30h im Hotel ankamen, hatten wir 4 Stunden Zugfahrt hinter uns. Unser Zimmer war nicht bezugsbereit. Wir wurden auf 15h vertröstet. Zimmer ansicht war schließlich o.k., mit Blick auf den Dom. Grundsätzlich sind die Matrazen viel zu weich - schlichtweg eine Katastrophe. Auf dem WC Deckel waren noch Urinspritzer vom Vorgänger. Die waren am nächsten Tag immer noch da! Wenn sie am darauffolgenden Tag immer noch da gewesen wären, hätte ich mich beschwert! Beim Frühstück war das Personal eigentlich freundlich, bis auf den Abreisetag. Da hatte eine etwas korpulentere Dame mit Feldwebelmanier Dienst. Vermutlich die "Chefin" - so hat sie zumindest getan. Wenn wir wieder mal in Köln sind, werden mein Mann und ich vermutlich ein anderes Hotel ausprobieren.

Kleine Schwäche

Das Frühstück war zwar gut, aber eigentlich nicht dem sonstigen Standard des Hotels angemessen. So war z.b. der Käse schon länger auf der Ablage und wirkte nicht mehr ganz frisch.

Hotel in super Lage

Das Hotel an einer sehr guten Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Schokoladenmuseum und dem Sportmuseum. Auch die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss sehr einfach zu erreichnen. Hotel ist sauber. Zimmer schön ausgestattet.

Super Frühstücksbuffet

Ich kann das Frühstücksbuffet nur empfehlen. Eine wirklich grosse Auswahl und sogar Granini Orangensaft :-)
