A big one bedroom apartment, that includes a sofa-cama. A complete kitchen, washer and dryer. Two tv 's and a beauty full bathroom. Great for a group of 4 people who wishes to do some home cooking. Lacks free Internet , but has facilities for plug- in Internet. Includes a heated pool , gym, an a restaurant.

I travel a lot and have been to hundreds of hotels. For the price and location, it doesn't get any better than this. The suites have everything someone could possibly want let alone need. The only thing I didn't like was how hot it was, but it was more of a heat wave than anything else. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Very convenient to the main train station and downtown landmarks, this hotel offers nicely kept and well equipped mini-apartments with great views

In general, quite satisfied. Very convenient locationwise. Service is excellent however please take note on checking time. Staff resources on reception can be improved since quite a few people had to wait for a while upon checking in or to get assistance. Other than that, no other concern.

Big apartment, with a rich equiped kitchen and all other facilities you should need. Short walk to the central station.

Location was great,the rooms were clean bright and airy, the staff were so helpful and friendly,I really enjoyed my stay here and I would stay here again.

After 17 hours on the plane were given a room that looked at a wall. Seem to have that problem when book through online travel and not directly with the hotel. Brought back our luggage to front desk and were given a room on the 11th floor with very nice view of the city. You must put a card in a slot at the door for the lights to work. They didn't tell us that and it took a bit to figure it out. Have seen other reviewers say that the lights don't work Were supposed to get a 1 bedroom but wound up with a studio - this could have been because we asked to be able to see more than a wall but also wonder if when you pay a nice discounted price via on line booking if you also get the bottom floor with no view. The staff did speak English and did try to help as much as they could. There is a U bahn station right there - 2 blocks - at the opera(Willy-Brandt-Pl) it will take you to the main station (or other places to connect to S-bahn) where you can catch a S-bahn or train to anywhere - they seem to want you to walk to the main station. Although less confusing it is not necessary. One block away is the Main River with a lovely green area for walking and biking - often vendors on the banks. There are at least 5 museums there. You can take the Willy-Brandt Pl Ubahn across from the opera to the main train station to the ETS Travel Office for all sorts of day and longer tours. This is the Viator Tours pickup location. Two streets behind the hotel there are restaurants which cost much less then the hotel restaurant also places to get snacks and quick shopping stores. Water and main things also available at Ubahn station down the stairs. Enjoyed having a refrigerator and although the bed is not a "sweet sleeper" it was OK. Husband did complain about the bed a little Chicago Meatpackers right around corner with a decent glass of wine for 3,80 Eur - half what you will pay in the hotel. Did not eat there but it seemed to be popular The main train station is a bit rough near the Vitour Travel Office depending on which exit you take out of the Subway - watch your purse. All in all felt the hotel in a very safe location. Wish I had found the ice machine - they might not have one. Locals seem to be prefer drinks without ice. We were delighted when the Irish Pub near the train station put ice in the glass!

The apartment is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just no free coffee and tea in the room. And the breakfast is expensive.

it was very enjoyeable. nothing went wrong, close enough to nightlife, yet far enough to limit noise. Great location and very accomodating staff.
