An excellent level of service,
An excellent level of service, friendly yet never intrusive, a very well appointed 5 star hotel which manages to blend top style service without being snooty. Very quiet rooms and always spotless. Highly recommended.

The room was fine BUT the sevice
The room was fine BUT the sevice from staff could only be described as average. What in Yorkshire might be described as "all fur coat and no knickers." Breakfast did not justify the 25 Euro p.per. cost and car parking at 19 euro per night wa sover the top. Expensive for what it offered and would not be inclined to stay again.

Gutes Hotel
Gutes Hotel im Zentrum, für ein 5 Sterne Hotel, sollten im Bereich der Dusche keine Kalk bzw. Rot- Algenablagen zufinden sein. ein Entkalker hilft da ganz gut, muss aber regelmäßig gereinigt werden. Sonst alles o.K. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Tom Gottschall

Beste Freundinnen
Tolles Hotel
Leider war nicht genau angegeben, ob das Frühstück inkl. war oder nicht. Da man uns bei Anreise nicht genau darauf hinwies, waren wir der Meinung es sei dabei. So haben wir für unseren Kaffee und ein Ruhrei leider 50 Euro bezahlt. Ansonsten waren alle extrem nett und das Hotel wunderschön!

部屋はとても広く静かで、統一感あるインテリアで落ち着きます。
部屋はとても広く静かで、統一感あるインテリアで落ち着きます。バスタブが広い！ スタッフや他の宿泊客との毎日の挨拶がとても気持ちがよく、2週間快適に過ごせました。 今回ホテルの設備をあまり利用できなかったのがとても残念です。 トラムの乗り場が目の前にありますが、中央駅からもトーマス教会からも徒歩10分圏内です。非常に便利でした。
