Regal Kowloon Hotel

The shuttle service was almost twenty minutes behind schedule even in the evening. The service counter was easy to find. We were very satisfied with our stay since we got an upgrade. The rooms are spacious and renovated. The area is busy with people and shops but it is a good ten minute walk to the Nathan Road and the MTR transit line (red line) at Tsim Tsa Tsui. Overall, a pleasant stay. I would suggest that management add a few seats, especially for senior citizens who are waiting.

A Good place to stay and handy to most places.

Great! Arrived late...they were sold out (I over heard a conversation). They upgraded me to the concierge floor. I needed a 1:00 pm check out and they were most accommodating. Very got Harbor View room! People were great.

Staff at reception was disappointingly rude during my last stay.

Public areas were impressive but room looked tired & thus over priced

Hotel was very accommodating with an early check-in room due to our early arrival in Hong Kong. Staff were courteous and responded to queries promptly and with accurate and helpful information. We found the location excellent for our purposes.

rooms were very small and staff were unable to offer a complementary upgrade.. also the hotel was under renovations, all you can see from your window is Bamboo scaffolds.

We only stayed for one night so we can not be a good judge about the place. However the place is clean, cooperative and friendly stuff, and good location.

Short walk to water side walk way and good restaurants. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Though the room was not the best and needed up date, would stay there again for vacation. Hotel bus to and from airport was a good feature.

1. Check-in takes long time. There is no automatic system for speed check-in. 2. Room a/c system works continuesly. for example, if I set up a degree, and room degree come to same, it carry on working. Normally A/Cs stop when it reaches to degree. so, room is cold. If you stop a/c, room is hot. No medium. 3. In asian area, it is very easy to find washlets for toilet. 4. Shower do not have portable shower tap. so, when you want to give water to shower tap, you will get some cold water first, later hot. there is no other solution. I think a staff of hotel must use a room 1-2 nights. They can understand problems. 5. Internet is very expensive. In many hotels, WIFI system freely can be used. 6. The dress and cleaniness of staff is doubtful. Hands of staff consist of various cosmetics, nail instruments etc. not seems polite and clean. 7. every evening a staff comes to room and ask necessaries. I think no need. If i need something, I call and ask. Daily routine cleaning is enough to come every room.
