We arrived very early in the morning
We arrived very early in the morning but the receptionist still managed to organise our room by 8.00am, 6 hours before official in-time. Everybody was very helpful. The room was more than adequate in size and furnishings compared to many HK hotels. Hotel restaurants were very good but quite expensive. Very clean and beautifully presented lobby.

Although we only stayed one night
Although we only stayed one night at this hotel, the check-in and reception service was excellent - very helpful and friendly staff. The location was also great as it was only a few minutes walk to Kowloon Harbour and the shopping in Nathan Road and surrounding streets. We had dinner at the Main St Deli which was very good

World class hotel. Service was
World class hotel. Service was attentive in a useful (not overbearing) way. The room was maintained well - morning make-up and turn-down at night. The room was surprisingly large for the price and location. Location is perfect - close to transport and main areas (on the North side) without being stuck on the most busy roads like other hotels we found while walking around. The restaurants were great. Buffet breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced (if not included in room price). The bar played live jazz to accompany drinks. One (randomly chosen while walking by) restaurant manager went out of his way to answer a question (without prompting gave and wrote down detailed instructions, made a phone call, and made sure that we ended up getting what we were craving!). The only slight decrease in marks was that the hotel is smoke friendly so the room and corridors had that unfortunate aroma. Highly recommend the Langham if you are staying on the "North" side!

The hotel is really nice, very
The hotel is really nice, very elegant and intimate. The location is great, right in the business centre and surrounded by designer shops, 2 minutes to the Star Ferry and a short ferry trip to Central. The hotel service is excellent too. Within 30 minutes we checked in, the hotel called to check whether we need anything. The bedroom and bathroom have good size and decorated tastefully. As we booked the hotel in advance, we got a special deal. It is definitely value for money. The hotel made our Hong Kong trip very enjoyable. We will certainly stay there again if we come to Hong Kong.

Service was great. we arrived
Service was great. we arrived at 9.30am after a long flight from Paris and we were able to check into room immediately without any extra charge. Club package is with getting as it includes breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. very spacious rooms.

A first class hotel with first
A first class hotel with first class staff. I spent 3 nights at the Langham and was very pleased with my stay. I will use this hotel again when i am in Hong Kong. Top marks to them all at the Langham.

Very family friendly

Excellent Hôtel
l'hôtel Langham est vraiment un excellent hôtel, très bien situé à proximité du Star Ferry pour HK et des départs pour Macao. Bien situé aussi pour le shopping et pour assister aux illuminations le soir sur la baie de HK. Hôtel propre et personnel attentionné, service dans les chambres parfait et discret. Mérite ses 5 étoiles, possibilité d'avoir un transfert depuis et vers l'aéroport. L'hôtel a un comptoir dédié à ce service à l'aéroport.
