Modern hotel close to Westend

Modern hotel close to Westend centre and business district. Rooms small but good beds and facilities, including kettle. Breakfast buffet good. Only problem was that hotel has two lifts and one seemed to be out of order. The other was being used by cleaners for trolleys, so long waits for lift at breakfast/checkout time.
