Budapest visitor
Excellent for families
Room was an apartment, with nice kitchenette and two bedrooms, one with king bed, another with two twins. We have three children, so the third had to sleep on a foldout sofa that was not ideal. However, the location, the helpfulness of the staff - both were excellent. Hotel is meters off of Vaci utca and you are literally five minutes walk from Deak ter, the central point of the metro system. If you like to workout, the fitness machines were a little old, but serviceable. Great value overall.

Long walk from hotel
Make sure you get to the Szamos cukraszda for pastries and pogacsa (biscuits). Go to the one near on the korut (ring road) between Kiraly utca and Dob utca - easily accessible by taking the #1 metro to Oktagon and walking in the direction of Blaha Lujza ter along the ring road.

Ideal location - staff and facilities were great - felt safe - could not have asked for more. complimentary breakfast would have been desirable

Awesome location, great facility
The hotel is located so close to everything including the Danube River, downtown, the metro, and countless attractions. At the same time, the rooms are quiet and peaceful. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. It was huge and super afforadable. Highly recommend this hotel.

if its your first time in budapest is the perfect lpcation 5 min walk from the market and close to vaci utca. No body lotion in the room.

3 nights in Budapest
Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff spoke English very well and helped with recommending a private city tour. Room was extremely comfortable. A/C was working fine - we needed it due to a heatwave during our stay. Only negative - they do not have wireless internet in the rooms, but we used their business center PC's for approx $10 for 45 minutes a day. Location was in older part of Pest with pedestrian shopping streets and restaurants everywhere (one block from riverwalk). Walking distance to St. Stephen's and other attractions. Would highly recommend Marriott Exec Suites.

Excellent family apartment
Double apartment was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff friendly and spoke very good English. Walking distance to supermarket and metro stops. Lots of restaurants close by, a bit pricey but perhaps to be expected in a very popular area for tourists. Self-service washing machine and dryer was available (we took small pack of washing tablets, d/washing liquid and d/washing tablets). We would go back.
