Great hotel in nusa dua. Service

Great hotel in nusa dua. Service is great, rooms are spacious, facilities are excellent. Hotel is right on the beach. Hotel is in a quiet location compared to the manic hustle and bustle of kuta - but that was what I loved about it. Lots of restaurants near by, within walking distance. Only negative is the food at the hotel was very expensive and nothing to rave about, disappointing as if cheaper and of a better standard you would not want to leave the resort.

A gorgeous place in paradise

A fabulous place--the immense pool covers almost the entire oceanfront part of the property and is so inviting, I never wanted to leave there. No one went in the ocean at this hotel for fear of jellyfish. Perhaps it was just a rumor; however the beach, as with most of the Bali beaches, is not that inviting. Lots of stuff on the ocean floor to hurt your feet. The room had everything one could want including a bathroom fit for royalty and the staff throughout the hotel was in an at your service mode and with a smile on their faces that never seemed to quit. Great pools

The pool was huge and I liked the lagoon pool in particular. You can swim from one side of the hotel to the other. They even came with a little basket with water bottle, cold towel and a nice, fragrant body spray while we were sitting by the pool area. Service is nice and the staff is friendly. The hotel is a bit away from the crowds in Kuta / Seminyak area but is quieter and relaxing.
