The hotel was lovely. Very clean. It had everything you needed in the rooms. Staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was great. The shopping centre is just a short walk away.

Good hotel close to Dublin

Would recommend Tue 21 Jul 2015
We got this hotel as part of a flight-car-hotel package (for nine nights) and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. Though our room was a FAR walk from the main lobby with--count them--290 steps to the parking lot, the hotel was clean, comfortable, the bed was great, and the staff friendly. The shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor, though, due to a poor setup in the shower door structure, and the wait one night in the hotel restaurant was 40 minutes for our food (and with very mediocre service). Food is great, though. Terrific family atmosphere with lots of kids and families on holiday. Enjoyed talking with other guests and their kids (though noise was an issue most evenings, especially on the weekends). Five-minute walk to a mall and 20 minutes into Dublin city center. Would like to have been closer to city center, but it was also convenient to M50, helpful for our other day trips.

Nice hotel but a bit far out.

Would not recommend Thu 11 Sep 2014
I arrived at this hotel early morning, which I already emailed to advise I would be and would need to leave my luggage. I was greeted by a very rude member of staff on reception who wasn't pleased about me arriving at 8am. I left my luggage anyway and returned to check in later on. The hotel room was nice and spacious although I stayed for 4 days and did not receive any clean sheets during this time only towels. There was also work being carried out whilst I was there which we were also not advised of. I would stay again if work was finished, although where hotel is situated is not ideal for travelling back and to, for the city centre and there is not much around just a small shopping centre.

Handy hotel

Would recommend Sat 23 Aug 2014
I had a very relaxed and pleasant stay. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. An excellent breakfast is available as well as evening meals. The hotel is a short walk, one minute drive, from the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre which provides access to a cinema, food hall and a huge variety of shops.

Further improvement required

Would not recommend Wed 16 Jul 2014
In general it was an alright stay with this hotel. We had a 4 night stay as a family. I'm gonna list out all of my comments below. 1. Location. We arrived by public transport. So it was unclear where the entrance is. Especially when we were carrying our suitcases with us. Unless we drive there, it's not customer friendly. 2. Staff's service quality. Almost none of them smiled when serving and I personally could not feel the friendliness from them. The lady who served me when we checked in, she threw me with loads of information about the hotel and the services available which was very overwhelming for someone who just got off the flight. That's not very considerate and we were still very unclear about the services you offer. Also worth to mention that a there was a faulty lamp in the room which I had reported a couple times, yet your staff kept saying the maintenence team was off but didn't arrange anything else for me. This left us with endless waiting and still wasn't fixed when we checked out. Although the room service was nice and fast, so at least that's one compliment on the service. 3. Noise. It wasn't the noise from next door customers. It was the noise generated from closing the doors, drawers etc. No matter how gentle you try to close them, they always make a loud noise. We got woken up by these noises several times every night. 4. Housekeeping. As I mentioned before, we had 4 nights stay in the hotel. But we only asked for housekeeping service for a day. However the tea stains were still where they were before we went out; the layer of dust on the table was not cleaned; some rubbish on the carpet were not cleared neither... These have left me with a suspicion of the role of a housekeeper.

Perfect family hotel!

Would recommend Sat 5 Jul 2014
I'm just back from a very enjoyable stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it. The highlights for me were the indoor play room for children, the pool, the playground, the vending machines came in handy and having a fridge&large fan in our room! The only dislike was being charged €4 a night for parking. Thanks for a great stay!

Pretty decent

Would recommend Wed 11 Jun 2014
The first time I was here (a year previously), the staff was very courteous about getting us into our room so we would not have to wait in the lobby for five hours as we took an early flight. This time, no such luck. The staff do not appear to talk to one another as one clerk told us that all of the rooms in the entire hotel were booked the previous night and that they have nothing available while another told us that we would not be able to check in until three in the afternoon (even though the room was guaranteed to be ready no later than two). We spent several hours practically napping in the lobby as we were tired from our flight and watched as large groups checked out. Eventually, through much pestering and checking in, we were finally able to get our room and rest. Room service takes a while to answer the phone and will beep shrilly in your ear for several minutes until someone either answers or you try again, and again, and again. I recommend just going to the Liffey Valley Shopping Center up the street for something quick to eat. We didn't make use of other amenities, as we did not want to spend too much time in the hotel when we could be exploring the lovely area. Overall, it is a great value and lovely hotel once you can finally get into your room and unpack/rest.
