Express By Holiday Inn DUBLIN AIRPORT

Ideal location to Dublin Airport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was very good.

The bedding was standard bed, asked for a larger bed, they was none. Am 6'4'' my feet hung off. The eating was not good. Had to stay 3 more nights due to the Super Storm.

hotel was clean and in a great location. wi-fi wasn't great and it cost to use computer downstairs and it would freeze quite often, not a good thing when you have to pay for it. bed was hard and so were the pillows. breakfast wasn't to bad, but could of changed up the selection of meat each morning.

Staff was very accommodating and the proximity to the airport was very good. Shuttle service runs on time. The only down side is the shuttle does not drop you at the terminal but rather at the coach lot, about a 10 minute walk to Terminal 2. Overall a good experience.

I received a smoking room. I asked for a non smoking room but there was none available. There was such a stong odor of cigarettes that my hair and clothes reaked of them the following day. The toilet did not flush well. We had feces floating in the tank for our entire stay!

Very nice hotel, stayed 2 nights at the end of our European vacation earlyApril because of location to airport. Staff were friendly, good value for money. Breakfast is included with very good range of hot & cold selections. No restaurant for lunch or dinner - have to use Crowne Plaza next door. Other restaurants/bars in local area Bedroom was clean & well kept. Only negative I can give is that the biggest bed is a double/twin. We're both big people & was quite a squash but we perservered. Downtown is 5 kms/3 miles away - we had a rental car & not sure of available transportation. Recommend this hotel for 1 or 2 nights because of close locality to airport. Would stay again.

We stayed one night just before catching a plane home, room was very modern and clean, staff helpful. Shuttle right on time. Wish they had a late night restaurant. We had to go to the hotel next door for dinner since we didn't check in until almost 10pm.

The only complaint I have is the coutesy shuttle information on my arrival at Dublin Airport was not correct. I was told to wait at a specific stand and after waiting for almost an hour, I gave up and got a taxi. It cost me 10 Euros to get to the hotel but it was worth it instead of standing in the cold and rain! The shuttle leaving the hotel to the airport was on time and the driver was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Express on our last night in Ireland before flying out the next morning. The Express was very comfortable, the en suite was one of the best we've experienced, the coffee maker worked fine and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent -- tops most anything we've had. The staff was courteous and helpful in view of our tiredness. And the shuttle bus for the airport in partnership with the next door Crowne Plaza was very efficient.
