Tree-lined streets and canal views make this hotel a friendly escape
The modern Mespil Hotel on the southern edge of Dublin is surrounded by Georgian townhouses, cafes, restaurants and bars. Across the street, the tree-lined Grand Canal can be viewed from many guest rooms and the hotel restaurant. With bus service nearby and the city center a 10- to 15-minute walk from the hotel, guests can easily tour Dublin's major attractions and excellent stores on Grafton Street or St. Stephen's Green. Spacious, airy rooms with plush bedding and soothing décor offer a comfortable stay in this quiet residential section of Dublin.

We really enjoyed our stay in

We really enjoyed our stay in the Mespil Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location along the Canal was great!!

Great value and convenience

The Dublin Mespil, while not central to the Dublin Dart, is within a 10 minute wal which gets you to all the locations you will want to visit while in Dublin. The hotel offers a very good restaurant and pub, and the breakfast buffet is well worth the investment. The hotel is clean and efficient - although I do wish it has some sort of gym facility. The hotel staff could not be nicer. Since the Mespil is in a business district, there are a number of dining options near by - pubs, Italian, sit-down, take away, etc. Located right on the Grand Canal, the Mespil offers a good spot to relax and visit Dublin without all of the noise and congestion of being in the center of action.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Haupt

Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Dadurch besteht eine gewisse Lärmbelastung. Das Zentrum Dublins, St. Stephen´s Green, Grafton Road sind für Menschen mit einer durchschnittlichen Fitness fußläufig zu erreichen (ca. 20 Minuten). Der Flughafenbus hält ca. 500m vom Hotel entfernt. Das Personal des Hotels ist umsichtig und freundlich, es hilft gerne und berät kompetent. Das angebotene Frühstück ist dem Preis angemessen, sowohl als Kontinental- als auch als Irisches Frühstück.

Preis / Leistungverhältnis gut.

Preis / Leistungverhältnis gut. Ebenfalls Lage, Service und Essen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer mit 3 Betten hat mich angenehm überrascht. Von Vorteil ist auch das kostenloses Parken für den Mietwagen vor dem Hotel oder auf dem Innenhof. Das Mespel Hotel kann ich bedenkenlos empfehlen.

El Hotel Mespil está situado a

El Hotel Mespil está situado a unos 20 minutos andando desde el centro (C/ O´Connell). El personal del hotel es encantador, y en todo momento atendió nuestros requirimientos, aún cuando mi inglés no es demasiado bueno. En líneas generales, es MUY TRANQUILO, con una habitación amplia, con una cama comodísima. Totalmente recomendable.

Hotel muy recomendable, con ha

Hotel muy recomendable, con habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Pedimos dos habitaciones dobles y en ambas nos encontramos con dos camas, una cama y otra más pequeña. Baño amplio y limpio. El desayuno estaba bastante bien y te servían recien hecho lo que les pidieses para beber (café, chocolate, té, leche caliente...). Además, contaba con bastante variedad de alimentos calientes. En cuanto a localización, se encuentra a 10-15 minutos caminando de St. Stephen's Green y de Grafton Street, bastante céntrico.
