Too far from town.

The hotel was great, but after walking around Dublin all day and taking the Lous, it was still a long trek to get to the hotel.

Never again!!

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is its location. It is approx 10 mins walk from the Luas which is great for shopping in Dublin city centre. The parking is free too. However, the hotel itself is nothing special. Our room was quite shabby and the beds were rock hard. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room and hence our room was really hot all the time! It was supposed to be fixed but it kept blowing hot air out during a time when when it was really hot outside too. It was awful. Upon departure I spoke to the manager regarding this problem and his attitude was condescending and dismissive. He and a female supervisor had an argument in front of us over who should have checked this room to see if the air conditioning was fixed correctly and we were forgotten!! Never ever again would I stay here. I would like to mention though the reception staff were nice and it was definitely the management who left this place down, shame on them! This hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating.

Extremely Enjoyable

Beautifully furnished, large rooms with pima cotton linens. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar next door were very good. Not too far from the center by car, but walking distance to the LUAS light rail. The buffet and hot breakfast were the best with excellent service. More like a 5 star experience!

Nothing Special

This hotel was nothing special. The location was far from ideal, but overall, my experience was fine. If you are from America, you could find this hotel to be similar to a Best Western or AmericInn. I was satisfied and would return back in the future. It the kind of hotel people need to just for bed and shower facilities.

Close to Luas

Stayed here while attending a concert at the O2. Convenient to the O2 as the Luas red line runs all the way there. Hotel was good. Bar busy.
