MSNSUITES Palazzo Dei Ciompi

I have booked 3 nights with Hotel club, and when i arrived to the hotel, i was mentioned in the reception that the booking never happened even though the payment was done, and that i have to move to a different hotel/apparment during those days. The receptionist didn't treat as well, i was carrying lots of luggage and even with a baby and they didn't offer to pay us for a taxi even if the issue was within hotel club resevation and the hotel. I am very much upset about what happened!

How do I describe this without profanity? Called mid morning to confirm late arrival from 9:30 train... told no problem. When we showed up place was locked! Downstairs bar (unconnected) contacted emergency #, told that they had left and had no rooms anyway! Araaaghhhhhh!

We were there in July during a hot period. The air conditioning in our bedroom never really got cool enough. We did have someone come to look at the A/C a day later but he was not able to do much. It was very noisy at night right under our window with people hanging out at the bar until 4am most nights. I used my walkman to block out the noise. The dishwasher broke on the second day and no one came to fix it during our visit.

Great apartments, location and facilities. Receptionist/management was hard to find - so actually getting into the apartments on arrival we had to wait an hour before being allowed entry through security doors. Apart from that mishap - had a great time and will return.

Our apartment was quite spacious and had all amenities. The location was within easy walking distance of the Duomo and other attractions, although we wouldn't suggest walking with the suitcases from the station - catch a taxi! The bar downstairs was great and you couldn't hear the noise from the apartments. We also highly recommend the gelato place next door!! The only suggestion would be don't opt for the breakfast. They delivered some breakfast supplies but when they restocked it was a bit haphazard. There is a supermarket just down the road - just buy your own supplies!

Bel appartement, une nuit passée un vendredi et fin du bruit dans la rue à 4h45 du matin !!!! Quartier sympa mais trop animé par 2 bars sous les chambres avec une placette ou les jeunes discutent et rient toute la nuit.. Quand il y aura des doubles vitrages, un véritable nettoyage des toilettes(détartrage) ,et une douche plus grande le palazzo dei ciompi sera tout à fait recommandable.

近代的というよりはいい意味で古いホテルでした。部屋はきれいに掃除してありましたが、使っていなさそうな引き出しの中は埃がいっぱいありました。 6人用のスイートに泊まりましたが値段は安いのにとても広い！家族で行きましたが子供も部屋中走り回り大はしゃぎでした。部屋からの眺めもよかったです(4階の部屋でした)。朝食は部屋までパン、飲み物、ハム、チーズを毎回運んでくれるので、市場で買った(すぐ近所にサンタンブロージョ市場があります)野菜や果物を添えて、毎回豪華にいただきました。フルキッチン完備なので(鍋 フライパン、皿等も完備、あえて言うなら割り箸を持って行ったら便利)、料理もしやすかったです。 サービスの点でいえば、フロントが9:00(確か。もしかして8：00)～19：00までしか空いていないので、レイトチェックインの際は必ず事前に言った方がいいと思います。チェックアウトはメイルボックスに鍵を入れておけばＯＫでした。いわゆるホテルというよりはコンドミニアムに近い、というか、滞在中は掃除もベッドメイキングもタオルの交換もありませんでした（言えばやってくれるかも）。なのでホテル並みの完璧なサービスを望む方には向いてないかもしれません。 またホテルの看板が小さい！あれは気づかないですね・・・。目印としてはチョンピ市場ですかね。その目の前がホテルです。右側にカフェがあって、昼過ぎからは結構人で賑わいます。入り口からまっすぐ入った左側にフロント（というかオフィス？）があります。 エリアはドウォーモまで歩いて15分くらいでしたか・・・。繁華街や買い物好きの方には向いていませんが、近所に市場はあるしバス停もあったのでさほど不便さは感じませんでした。 とにかく安いしオススメです！！

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hotel mais trois inconvénients sont à noter: -l'hotel est tres difficile à trouver en voiture car perdu au milieu de la vieille ville -la reception a des horaires d'ouverture non indiqué pour la journée du dimanche. Nous sommes arrivés vers 12h30à l'hotel. La reception etant fermée, nous avons apelé le portable indiqué sur le paneau de la reception. Réponse: ouverture dans une heure. Dans les faits, ils sont arrivés plus de deux heures plus tard! D'autres clients ont vécu la meme mésaventure... -l'appartement que nous avons eu ne disposait pas de fenetre (mis à part une ouverture caché par un rideau sur une cours minuscule). De plus, l'accès ne se faisait qu'après un escalier. Pas pratique avec un bébé!!!

这不是5星宾馆，如果想用89欧元享受5星宾馆别选这个，这只是市中心的一个公寓罢了，如果在城市边上最多算个2星宾馆。停车位巨难进，每天15欧元

窓が無いので、暗く閉鎖的で、少し臭う。 1階のバーが深夜まで騒がしい。
