BEST WESTERN Hotel Galles

This hotel is great: location, amenities and friendly staff. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of good and healthy choices, including fresh fruits and pastries. We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. We ate ravioli and beef fillet with cognac and porcini sauce and they were both divine! We recommend it

The bedroom was not big, the smells in bathroom appeared every evenings from the sweage. It is not good for a four stars hotel. The dining room area was not up to standard for 4 *s.

Excellent, perfect for a family visit to Milan. Pool is great at the end of the day.

Excellent location (steps from metro station, only 2 stops to the Duomo). Clean spacious rooms with reasonable rates, breakfast included. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel was spotless. The room was lovely. It is located right outside the Lima underground station. You can travel easily throughout Milan from here. Bar prices were a bit steep. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. I would have been tired of it if I'd stayed longer than 3 nights though. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and I'd recommend it.

Less that minute walking from metro Lima. It's 10 minutes by metro to main attractions: Duomo Cathedral, Sforcesco Castle, Montenapoleone shops. Breakfast was included to price and I liked it. Also there is a gym, sauna and a small pool. Hotel is located at the corner of Corso Buenos Aires, but with windows to small street Frederico Ozanam with very few noise. And if you ask for a room with windows to yard, you'll have perfect sleeping. Room is tiny, though nice and clean. Actually, common areas need some renovation.... but it didn't spoil my impression about Best Western. Staff is helpful and very friendly.

Excellent old-world charm hotel, incl a creaking wardrobe; wonderful. Standard rooms are not large, but comfortable. The bathroom is a bit of a squeeze, particularly the shower. Location right next to the Metro is great. A bit noisy sometimes, but tolerable. Breakfast good but busy

We stayed at a nearby hotel after this one (3 days later) and the Galles was much more friendly and clean. My second time at this hotel - will go back there

A friend of mine and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Italy. I arrived first and did not have any problems finding the hotel by using the directions from the website. The hotel is just a short bus ride or a 15 minute walk from Milano Centrale which was very helpful for our morning departure. The front desk person who helped me check in was not very friendly which was annoying after the long flight. However, the other person on staff was very pleasant later on when I went back to the desk to get the code for the wireless internet. The night staff was also very friendly and always provided a greeting and a smile whenever we walked by. Overall the room was very clean and very comfortable. The room as a whole was large and the bathroom was huge by Italian standards. The breakfast was amazing even by American standards. There was a wide selection of cereal, meats, fruits, yogurt, breads, and pastries. The espresso machine also made excellent coffee. We both agreed that the room was the best we had on the trip and would rate it a 9.8 out of 10. The two things that downgraded it were that the wireless signal was too weak to work properly in the room but worked fine in the seating area near the lobby. The other ding was the unfriendly clerk who was unpleasant but efficient at both check-in and check-out time.

Liten frukost matsal, blev kö vissa mornar. Frukost ok men inte mer. I övrigt bra hotell med trevlig personal och bra hastighet på,internet i rummet.
