Flora Hotel

Perfectly adequate space for a single room, and the service provided a demonstration of why many of the world's leading hoteliers are Italian. I needed a needle and thread when one of my bags developed partial seam failure; and a late checkout when my flight got rescheduled. Each request was met with a prompt and gracious response. My room happened to neighbour the lift shaft, but my earplugs meant it wasn't a problem.

The hotel is just a 5 min walk conveniently to Central Station. Breakfast is basic, but since included a good value. Especially the coffee was very nice. Room is clean and in very good condition. Overall a nice value for money stay

While the room was quite small, it was not too small by European standards, and it was pretty well designed for space. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good, above average for continental. Most of all, at the price it was a very good value.

Stayed a few nights, had a good stay. Hotel is less than five minute walk from grand station, so very easy when traveling by train. McDonald's and lots of local restaurants nearby. About half hour walk to gallaria and tourists sites. Sounded far, but once you start walking, there are lots of people walking around and busy streets, walk went by quicker. Staff was friendly and answered our questions about how to take a train from the station. Breakfast was good...toast, hardboiled eggs, cereals, pastries, coffee/juices, etc. Room and hotel overall was clean, no issues. The only thing was that the room was small and the shower was extremely small. With our suitcases on the floor, barely room to walk between bed and wall. When taking a shower, running into the wall. Overall, good stay and would recommend it,

This is a well-located hotel, close to the central railway station. The rooms are relatively small,, but well-appointed (bedrooms and bathrooms).

first time i use "[this website]" and i am very happy...THANK YOU !!! the "Flora Hotel Milan" is a pleasant stay. I will recommend it to all travelers to Milan for it's location (next to CENRAL STATION).

Staying near the station is not usually the best choice but this hotel does not follow the rule. Although the room was quite small, and the shower too, the room was clean, not noisy at all and the staff was very helpful. Great location if you need to be close to the station. Good restaurants in the area too.

Great location: - close to central railway station, - 5 mins walk to a bus stop with a transfer to airports every half an hour (even to Bergamo APT), - 3 mins walk to subway with 2 lines (one straight to city center). Hotel rooms: - clean, convienent, - with lcd-tv, - individual, efficient air-conditioner. Bathroom has several years but clean and enough size. Hotel breakfasts: choice really good, with a choice of 3 types of meat, 2 types of cheese, jams and nutella, fresh bread or toasts, sweet crossaints, cakes, 3 types of cereals with milk, yoghurts, tea, coffe and 2 types of juice. The only thing is that it is better to come for breakfast before 9:30 because later the choice is shrinking. Hotel service: really great. The staff cheerful and helpful!

We've often stayed at this hotel and, generally, we have found it an excellent place to stay. On this occasion, I think the desk staff were offhand, and quite detached, if not distracted. They were inattentive and failed to rectify the poor internet system at the hotel. As long as you do not expect any, even brief assistance, from the inattentive staff, this remains a reasonable hotel for a short stay.

Had a very plesant stay at the Flora which fully suited my needs. Staff were very curteous. Nice breakfast and the hotel was very well located close to the heart of the city. Would definitely stay there again!
