Very clean and spacious compared
Very clean and spacious compared to other hotels we stayed at in Europe. The bathroom was good and had a great shower. The bread rolls at breakfast were average but not a big deal. The hotel is close to the main train station and about 20 - 25 minute walk into the city centre (Duomo). It wasn't hard. It depends where you want to stay. Really good hotel. Would stay there again. And would recommend it.

Traveling Dad and Daughter
Absolutely beautiful.
This hotel was convenient to the train station and the tram runs right by the front door. The room was finished in marble throughout. The shower was a rain forest type plus a hand held in a rounded shower stall. The staff was very congenial and the breakfast was healthy and tasteful. [...] had a great price on this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at just how great it was for the price we paid.

Shopping tip:
Long walk from hotel
Everything is within walking distance if you enjoy walking. About 3 miles max to the Doumo or Galleria. But a tram is available out front and the subway works well. This time of year was great because almost every store was having a sale. My daughter bought boots and leather gloves at half of what she would have paid in the Spring. Check out the side streets from the Doumo for the best prices.

Excellent Hotel for the price.
A very friendly hotel which has recently been refurbished. I would certainly stay here again. Our booking included breakfast which was self service and plenty of it. The lady in charge of the breakfast room was very nice and every morning greets you with a smile and asks if you'd like coffee or tea. The trams run past the hotel and some people find the noise they make affects their stay, but it didn't bother us. One small complaint was that we couldn't find a barman on our first night in the hotel as we were tired to go out. The room was very clean with air con, TV, comfortable beds and a safe.

The Metro stops about 200 yards away at Repubblica, or you can go a little further and get the Metro at the Central Station. The Trams numbers 9 29/30 also stay very close to the hotel.

Couple not that young
The good one
Very good breakfast, spotless rooms, excellent bathrooms, good location. There is no free internet but that is OK. The best hotel so far in our trip through Europe.

Everything in Milan is also close by, like in Rome if you have been there. A few tours are offered trough out the city that are actually, I wouldn't call scams, but they seem to wander around to look like you are actually going somewhere when you are not.

Great Hotel
Hotel was a great value. Good location- within walking distance from train terminal and also from city center.Staff was friendly and helpful. Several good restaurants close to the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good Location
The hotel it is well located. One stop from the central station in Milan and 3 stops from the Dummo station. The room was small but very comfortable the bathroom was excellent, it had all the amenities (TV, hairdryer, minibar, air-conditioner, internet)we even had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard! We will stay here again if we go back to Milan.

Great Hotel
Great hotel. Very good location, by central station. Excellent breakfast and staff. The room was very very clean, great clean bathroom. It's just a little small, but that is last on my list.

Nice remodeling, good location
a shuttle to/from Central Station, which is extremely close and would help those who do not know where they are upon arrival.
