Terminal Hotel

It was a terrible experience! We were stolen at the hotel! While we went to dinner, our money was stolen not only in my room but in the room of my partner of travel. We loose more than 3.000 euros! I had to go to the police, and the attitude of the staff was really awfull. They say the insure could cover the loosing money...who knows? Plase do not use this hotel!

The hotel was cheap. The bed was horribly hard. The street noises and the the hard bed made it very hard to sleep. I would pay more to get a better room next time or go for a 4 star.

For Italy the rooms were quite a good size. Location was good for coming in by train. Staff very pleasant. Pricing was very good. Better than expected!

August 20th afternoon front staffman was not professional.Because I bought ticket(6:07AM Stazione di Milano Porta Garibaldi toParis),I asked him,"Can I checkout 5AM?"he said "I do not know,you should ask morning frontstaff"I asked him"When start working morning staff ?"He said loudly,"How do you bokking this hotel,do you claim ealry morning cheakout when booking?"I can not speak English well,I gave up talking him ever. Eventually I changed book (6:07...11:07).But morning front staff said "You can cheakout this hotel 24hours.Iwant this hotel,do not work nonprofessional　staff and do not make a fool of Asian.

This place is very well located from the train station, as well as quite reasonably priced. However , the lighting in the room was very dim and the walls were dirty and in places peeling. Also, the shower in the bath did not fit into its fixture and so did not stay in place for a shower, it could only be held in the hand for a shower. We were really unhappy to find hairs on the bedsheets of one of the beds. I would not stay here again, and I am really surprised at how they got their 3 star rating. It has already had its fourth star removed, I think another needs to go.

Good for a one night stay before early morning train or airplane connection. Ten minute easy walk to the Central Station or buses taking you to the three Milano airports.

Adequate and clean room. Good firm mattresses. Grumpy reception staff.

I had a good one night stay at this hotel by myself. It was easier to find and I had two large suitcases that I carried with me from Milan centrale to the hotel with no problem. It's just 4-5 blocks away from the station. I just needed a hotel for one night and it was perfect. The room was small, but plenty of storage, and the bathroom was large. I was pleasantly surprised to find a 4 x 5 balcony off of the room. And, most importantly for me, internet was free. That's a big plus in my book. But don't expect extras. Also, it was just a single bed for one person.

The worst experience at a hotel. I had an emergency and I was trying to make a phone call. I asked the guy at the reception for help several times, he went upstarirs to check the phone. He only checked the line, I knew the line was working, the problem was to make phone calls. I went downstairs to use the phone. When I was in the middle of the call he yelled at me becuase that phone was only to call the rooms. The way he treated me was unacceptable. He never asked what was my situation or what I needed so bad to make a phone call.

hotel was clean and neat,internet was free for first half hour,breakfast at 10 euro a bit much,though the food was good,no info about trams or buses,enjoyed my stay in terminal +milan,central station was so near,so all europe was available,day trips to bergamo etc no problem
